The third season of Delhi Crime, directed by Tanuj Chopra, focuses on a human-trafficking network and its ruthless leader. Like the previous seasons, the show unfolds through the lens of the Delhi Police and does a commendable job of drawing viewers into the investigation. However, this season feels more dramatized and lacks the raw, hard-hitting authenticity that defined the first two. Shefali Shah once again delivers a standout performance, strongly supported by Rajesh Tailang, Rasika Dugal, Jaya Bhattacharya, and the rest of the cast.
On the negative side, although Huma Qureshi is good, her accent feels a bit off, while Mita Vashisht truly shines in her negative role. The locations, cinematography, and background score are all visually and emotionally engaging. Although the series continues its tradition of presenting a compelling female-led narrative, this season suffers from loose ends and moments that feel rushed and predictable. Overall, Delhi Crime Season 3 is a good investigative thriller, but it falls short of the high bar set by its predecessors.
OVERALL- 3/5.

Jolly LLB is back with its third installment, and bringing back the pivotal cast members makes this outing an amazing theatrical experience. From laughter to emotions, it is all packed in perfectly.
Akshay Kumar is effortlessly natural with his comedic timing and makes you chuckle throughout.
Arshad Warsi is in his element, though slightly overshadowed at times. Saurabh Shukla once again excels as Sundarlal Tripathi, and the camaraderie between this trio flows so effectively. Special mention to the restaurant sequence, it is downright hilarious.
Amrita and Huma play their minimal roles with ease.
The movie's biggest strength lies in balancing comedy with the bold and intense themes of the narrative.
Gajraj Rao fits the role of the rich evil industrialist perfectly. Seema Biswas and Ram Kapoor are great additions as well. The distribution of screentime and importance feels fair to every actor. Songs are absent here and neither missed. The interval block, including the car sequence, felt wasted. The climax courtroom sequence, while a bit lengthy as usual, still manages to be impactful. Overall, Jolly LLB 3 stands as a worthy third installment, best enjoyed in theatres for its solid laughs and engaging drama.

Nishaanchi, the crime drama directed by Anurag Kashyap, features strong performances, but the overstretched narrative makes it tiring at times.
Aaishvary Thackeray makes a strong debut, balancing his twin characters and their contrasting traits with ease. Monika Panwar once again shines with a solid performance. Vedika Pinto also plays her part well.
Viineet Kumar, Mohd Zeeshan, Girish Sharma & Kumud Mishra do complete justice to their roles too. The songs are an interesting choice, fitting in well culturally and adding an old school touch. A few sequences have also been written and shot very well.
The major point where the movie falters is its duration and stretchy screenplay. Many scenes feel like they just exist without contributing much to the narrative. Too much time is spent on characterization, which sometimes works with humor and dialogues but at other times feels tiring. But as the movie progresses, the gradual world building engrosses you, and you look forward to what happens next. But you then realise the story has gone on long enough to make you leave for a part two. Overall, Nishaanchi has the world and elements to pull you in, but the nature of its writing and screenplay does not really let that happen naturally.
