This is just another example of power and wealth warping people's minds.
The fact that Diddy got away with the abuse is because people look the other way, don't call police, enable him, and let it continue. It's more important to these people to keep their jobs and be in proximity to wealth and power than to do what's right. Cassie is the hero in this sick tale.
I'm not saying the way he was brought up didn't shape him in some way, but he's clearly a narcissist and a psychopath. His use of power and wealth to control, abuse and threaten is nothing new. He just got away with it for so long. I can only hope he never steps foot out of jail. There's a special place in hell for this ugly mf.

I love the two main characters, Jason Bateman and Taron Egerton, but i could've written a better screenplay for this movie. The premise was good but as someone else wrote, the decisions these guys made were just totally unbelievable. So far fetched. There were so many other, more believable decisions to be made, more common sense outcomes, more opportunities to overcome the bad guys, that I was just laughing my way through it! It didn't make any sense! There's no way a TSA agent would do what Egerton did in most of those scenes. I could've written a much more believable script and still had an awesome, edge of your seat movie to watch. Take it for what it is. Have no expectations.
Big fan of Jason Statham so this is right up my alley. A good old fashioned ass kicking revenge type movie. He plows his way through the bad guys a little too easily but who cares. He gets the job done.
Minnie Driver looks fantastic and Jeremy Irons never ages. And it's good to see Phylicia Rashad in a movie. Her character is really that sweet old lady we all know.
I hope Jason Statham keeps it up because he's one of those actors that's believable in all his tough guy roles. Great fighting sequences and it really doesn't stop from the first few minutes of the film. He makes it look easy and makes some of law enforcement look pathetic. If you love a revenge movie, this is great.
