Okay I just got back so let's get into my thoughts. So, yeah, they definitely don't have as much characters in the movie than the book. Like example: Fink, he was only in two chapters in the book but in the movie he was a main character. And there's some chapters in the book that didn't happen in the movie but aside from that it was awesome. The casting was great I couldn't think of anyone else to play Brightbill but Kit Conner. And not to mention the emotional scenes. I've only cried in bluey episodes and one episode of Pokémon and Guardians of the galaxy 2, I nearly cried in barbie and this movie. I didn't cry, but I teared up. And I can't decide if I prefer the book or the movie better.
Um... There's actually not much to say. The movie was most definitely dark comedy. It was very funny, and it would have the gore u would see in an average PG-13 or (for my Aussie mates!) M rated movie. And these film actually changed my opinion on the first one. It doesn't make more sense or add on a lot to Beetlejuice lore. It just made me think that the first movie was good, second one was okay. So yeah, overall like I said, it was okay. It definitely added more Tim burton style, like there's a scene when Delia was telling a story and it was showed in stop motion. So this movie was okay 6/10.
So I thought this would be emotional. It's not emotional, if anything you have to be having a really depressed day and hate Murder Drones. Though the characters do cry in some scenes and there's also one scene that could be emotional. But in my eyes... no where near for me. Or you could cry in the credits because the show just ended. And it most definitely should have been longer. Like me and Blake, we both love Murder Drones. We kinda thought that since it's the final episode it could possibly be an hour long. Also they did very much try to rush to get to the final battle between Uzi and Cyn. I think that's how they ended up with a 20 minute runtime. But the soundtrack is very cool. Like Uzi plays music on like star lords new Walkman he gets at the end of GOTG volume. 2. And it's just so good! And there's also like... Okay spoiler or not there's a post-credit scene. And as soon as I went to my for you page when I finished the episode I saw many videos saying season 2 teaseeeeeeerrrrrrrrrr? But overall, it's so good. Definitely not my favourite episode but definitely a great episode. 8/10! And I'm gonna be so disappointed if we don't get anymore Canon Murder Drones media, and I won't be surprised if there's a season 2.
