  • Very important to watch!

Incredibly good performances and a very important series to watch.

How complicated we human beings are. We hide feelings and difficult experiences from each other, even from our closest friends and how we misunderstand each others reactions. We all react so differently to fear, grief etc but how will we ever understand each other and heal if we don't share.

Ok, it was slow paced, specially in the beginning but the longer you watch, the more you understand the anger and frustration of those involved. Even Fredde's misogyny has an explanation.

  • Unfortunately not believable

Typically American romanticized film with many factual errors about the history of Weldon and the Indians.

Caroline Weldon had a son and she ran awsy from her husband with a married man, she was not widowed as in the film. Sitting Bull turned against her and she left with her son before his murder.

I hate all the crappy movies and stories that obscure what really happened when the white men massacred the Indians.

  • Fantastic and realistic.

How you can call this adaptation of the book Koka Björn "banal crap" is for me completely incomprehensible. The cast includes several of Sweden's best actors but also the lesser known and amateurs do a fantastic job.

The environments are genuine and I am at least as fascinated by the series as by the book which was a masterpiece.
