I'm a huge fan of Matthew Vaugn and his work, Kingsman is one of my favourite movies ever, and I have to say this movie matches it in terms of story telling, style and execution.

More and more is relevealed as the movie progresses, there are quite a few twist and turns, but everything is explained in due time and to my mind in a very satisfactory way.

When watching movies like these, you have to understand and they aren't really meant to be taken seriously. They are pure entertainment, and this movie delievers in spades. The acting, action and settings are superb, and I did really like the story as well.

One thing that struck me was how little the trailer gave away, which I can only applaude. They did an excellent job with this in Kingsman as well, where they totally omitted the church sequence from promotional material, and I had my suspicions that they did something similar here. Was I right? Watch it and you tell me!

I love these movies, and The Equalizer 3 was a solid installment in the franchise. The story was good, the environments beautiful and the movie is really well produced. But I can't shake the feeling that this was made by a different team than the previous two.

First of all, the action has been cut down quite significantly. The action we get to see is great of course, and the movie has more of a threatening aura than anything else. McCall does however seem to enjoy it a bit too much in this one I feel, in many cases is enemies are more or less tortured to death rather than outright killed.

Speaking of the action, they for some reason completely removed the mechanic where McCall takes in his surroundings and plans his course of attack. This was one of the hallmarks of the two previous movies, and I don't get why they removed something that awesome.

The story was good, but in the end, it felt under-developed and some aspects of it should have gotten way more attention. It felt to me like they cut maybe 30 minutes about 70% into the movie, like there was supposed to be more there before McCall decided that enough is enough.

Good movie though, carried mainly by Washington, Fanning and the beautiful scenery of Italy.

This movie took me by surprise. Kingsman (2014) is one of my favorite movies of all time, and I also really enjoyed The Golden Circle, but this one has a different feel to it. The respect they pay to history and historical events is nothing short of spectacular, and it really shows that despite the fact that they make action fun, they change the tone completely when it comes to actual warfare.

There's never a dull moment in this movie, all characters are acted amazingly well and to my mind, it could even have been a little longer. But I really do hope that this is not our last visit to the Kingsman universe, because it feels like we are just getting started.
