Men are generally shown nude for more comedic reasons with their backsides shown on multiple occasions.

Characters use weapons (spears, katanas, guns) and fists to fight each other, slightly bloody but not overly graphic.

"Shit", "crap", "ass", and "dick" are used infrequently, alongside lesser childish insults.

Medicinal drugs like antibiotics are used. Alcohol is as well, sometimes by underage characters.

Throughout the second episode of season four, characters are shown drinking alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, many get drunk.

Everyone in the world is turned to stone. This might be upsetting for sensitive younger viewers.
