In the very beginning of the movie, during a party scene, you see a mans testicles from behind. This is very detailed, yet brief. You get multiple views (all from behind) of the skinny dipping man.

In a bar, a man is shot in the chest.

In a bar, another man is shot in the chest.

Entering a bar, a man is shot in the chest, shoulder, and stomach.

In the same bar scene, many men are shot and killed with graphic blood sprays and holes in the bodies being shown.

Multiple men are shown being or having been beheaded (at least three).

A man has an instrument slammed into his skull right before he is beheaded.

A woman is "shown" to have had her throat slit. There was no attempt to make this look even vaguely real. In all other death scenes, an attempt was at least made to make it look like what you expect someone dying to look like. In this scene, they may as well have shown the ketchup packet in her hand(s).

Many men are kicked, punched, kneed, etc and injuries are shown.

A couple bodyguards are killed graphically.

A man is stabbed to death by one of his friends.
