Money has always been the biggest motivator for players to cross a few lines in Rockstar’s gem of a cash grab called GTA Online. However, the latest farming method found by a player is so messed up that it would remind some of the mob grinder item farm usually found in Minecraft.

There’s a reason we keep coming back to the heist movie genre, again and again and again. That’s because although most movies would have you believe that committing crimes is bad, we can’t help but respect a character who does it well. Robbing a little old lady on the street is unforgivable, sure, but robbing a wealthy old lady who keeps her hoard of ill-gotten money in an impenetrable vault surrounded by lasers and mercenaries? You gotta respect the moxie of anybody who even tries. And if they succeed, well dang, good for them. It sounds like they earned every penny.
There’s no shortage of classic heist movies, but with income inequality on our minds, and billionaires actively destroying everything decent about this planet every single day, the genre seems particularly alluring in the 21st century. Maybe that’s why we’ve had so many classic...

In 2018, Den Of Thieves delivered the goods and was a ballsy attempt to rob the unrobbable Los Angeles Federal Reserve. It did modest but respectable business globally considering its limited ambitions, and that apparently was just enough to justify a sequel. In Den Of Thieves 2: Pantera, Gerard Butler, O’Shea Jackson Jr. and company head to Europe for another brazen robbery, this time at the top-security World Diamond Center in Nice, where the cop and the crook join forces to penetrate a thief-proof vault full of valuable deposit boxes with millions of dollars of jewels including an uber-desirable pink diamond stolen from the Mafia who wants it back. It’s complicated.

A live-action Dungeons & Dragons show needs to include one specific episode in order to reinvent a classic story format from the tabletop. Any potential series comes with the opportunity to highlight Dungeons & Dragons and its various story staples that audiences are familiar with, from battling against tricky doors to slaying mighty gods. However, audiences who love the tropes of the tabletop would likely be just as keen to see something new, which the nature of the system would easily allow studios to provide.
If a studio were to adapt a Dungeons & Dragons TV show, some experimentation would be necessary. Many of the tabletop's strongest stories have been featured in pop culture as well as previous Dungeons & Dragons-based media, such as Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves. As a result, any series would need to find new twists to make these stories just as engaging. Fortunately,...

Why do we watch horror movies? Well, I for one, do not! I’m way too scared, thank you very much. But why do others enjoy them? I’d guess brain damage but scientists claim it’s to experience true fear from a safe environment. Put more grandiosely: it’s a way to deal with our own mortality.
The horror genre is alive and well, but let me posit that true crime is our generation’s new horror. Everywhere you look, today’s audiences are grappling with their mortality through books, documentaries, podcasts, movies or television shows.
And it is that final arena, TV, in which I found myself embedded when I co-created The Sticky (along with Brian Donovan). Inspired by the true crime dubbed, “The Great Canadian Maple Syrup Heist” in which scofflaws from The Great White North absconded with almost $20 million (Cad) of the sweet stuff.

Like any genre, fantasy has books that can be considered classics: The Chronicles of Narnia, The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and Wheel of Time. As another winds down, it's always a good idea to take a spin on Netflix and see what you missed. That's exactly what I did for November 2024. And, I have to say, there were some really good and underrated shows that most Netflix viewers probably missed.
No, I'm not talking about the biggest shows. Everyone knows Outer Banks season 4, Cobra Kai season 6 part 2, and Arcane season 2 premiered in November. Those shows are all over the Netflix Top 10! Everyone was talking about those shows before the new seasons came out. Even A Man on the Inside, the new Netflix original series from Michael Schur and starring Ted Danson, was more hyped up than the shows we picked for this list.
Let's get the list started with a sneaky good series that needs to return for a new season soon, The Cage!

Jared Leto, John Mulaney & Lupita Nyong'o Team For True-Story Heist Movie From Spider-Verse Director
Lunik Heist, the new movie from director Kemp Powers, has assembled an all-star cast. Powers is best known for co-directing Pixar's Soul (with Pete Docter), the Marvel sequel Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (with

In a new interview, Neeson talks about his age and considers when he should stop taking on physically demanding roles.
“I’m 72 — it has to stop at some stage,” Neeson told People.
The Taken actor continues to perform his own fight scenes, with Mark Vanselow taking on the more demanding stunts.
“You can’t fool audiences. I don’t want Mark to be fighting my fight scenes for me,” he added.
Neeson hasn’t set a time to stop making action movies but noted that it could be sometime in 2025.
“Maybe the end of next year. I think that’s it,” he said.

Many exciting variants have been introduced to the Marvel Cinematic Universe since Avengers: Endgame, which has culminated in some of Marvel's most notable characters fighting alternate versions of themselves. Avengers: Endgame marked the first appearance of variant characters in the MCU, as the trimmed-down Avengers team traveled through time and changed events, creating branching timelines and new versions of themselves from 2012, 2013, 2014 and more. Even more variants have debuted in the Multiverse Saga, and they have often been pitted against their counterparts from other realities.
An MCU character meeting their variant from across the multiverse almost always ends with them fighting each other. This has been the case throughout most of the Multiverse Saga, with projects such as Loki, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and Deadpool & Wolverine including some epic battles between the McU's own heroes and their multiversal counterparts. This pattern is expected to continue as the Multiverse Saga continues to develop,...

Francis Ford Coppola’s Film’s Female Extras Offer Contrasting Testimonies. (Photo Credit – Instagram)
Two “Megalopolis” actresses offered contrasting testimonies regarding director Francis Ford Coppola’s on-set inappropriate behavior. Last Week, the director was accused of harassing female extras on set after Variety published a video that showed Francis Ford Coppola kissing female extras while moving through a crowd.
At the time, the outlet, citing anonymous sources, reported that The Godfather director Francis Ford Coppola, who financed the 120 million dollar passion project Megalopolis, himself acted with impunity on set. Variety’s report corroborated the Guardian’s May article, in which the director was accused of trying to ‘kiss scantily clad female extras’, saying he was ‘trying to get them in the mood” for a scene.
However, the female extras have now come forward and provided contrasting testimonies regarding the directors’ on-set behavior a week after Variety published their video.

The saying ‘success comes to those who wait’ is relevant for many celebrities in Hollywood who have ridden the wave of failure to achieve stardom. Jeffrey Dean Morgan is an actor whose career followed a similar path. While the star was the toast of the town on television in the 2000s with shows like The Walking Dead and Supernatural, and movies like Zack Snyder’s Watchmen, to his latest stint in The Boys, his journey to the big leagues wasn’t easy.

Payday 3 stumbled into more obstacles than a rookie bank robber on a laser grid when it first came out—we all are aware of that by now. Yet, like some tenacious cat burglar, the game has been steadily patching its way into becoming a competent product.
The same applies to how Starbreeze Studios is carrying itself online. The company’s recent replies to people asking about the game’s current status suggest that, while the devs continue to remain in the trenches, they are trying their hardest to fight for redemption.

Netflix's Dancing for the Devil reveals how 7M Films and the Shekinah Church allegedly prey on social media stars and fame-seekers. Connections between 7M Films and the Shekinah Church suggest a cult-like relationship, with both requiring financial dependence and boasting isolation tactics. Miranda Derrick's relationship with her family remains strained, with restrictions on discussing Robert Shinn, Shekinah Church, or 7M Films.
Following the word-of-mouth successes of miniseries like Escaping Twin Flames and The Tinder Swindler, Netflix has served up yet another gripping docuseries: Dancing for the Devil: The 7M TikTok Cult. The three-part documentary hinges on the insidious nature of a (potential) cult one that feeds off of fame-seekers and social media's viral potential. THR reports that Haunted Mansion director Justin Simien to set to helm Heist: Or How to Steal a Planet, a sci-fi crime thriller based on the comic series by Paul Tobin and Arjuna Susini.
The comic is “set on the planet Heist, home to billions of the worst criminals in the galaxy. The ruling pan-galactic government has no idea what to do with the planet, but a conman named Glane Breld and his band of thieves know exactly what to do with Heist: steal it. The story follows Breld on his madcap scheme to pull off the biggest heist in the history of the galaxy.” I’m not too familiar with the comic series, but that sounds like fun. Christopher Yost, best known for Thor: Ragnarok and The Mandalorian, will pen the script.
In a statement, Justin Simien said, “How To Steal Planet wowed me and I’m humbled...

Berlin, a spinoff and prequel to Money Heist, follows the character's adventures before the events of the original series. The series takes place many years before the heists of Money Heist and explores Berlin's "golden age" before his illness. Pm Modi’s ‘Money Heist’ Dig At Congress Over It Raids Stars Rahul Gandhi As Denver! (Picture Credit: Facebook & IMDb)
One thing about Prime Minister Narendra Modi is that he knows how to keep up with popular culture. Just recently, Pm Modi took a dig at the leading opposition party, Congress, with a ‘Money Heist’ reference, and Ngl, it’s the coolest thing on the internet today.
Taking to his official X (formerly known as Twitter) handle on Tuesday, Pm Modi took a swipe at Congress over the record cash haul during tax raids at properties related to Odisha MP, Dheeraj Sahu. For those who may not be aware, the Income Tax Department seized around ₹350 crore of ‘black money’ and about 3 kg of gold ornaments during a series of raids on distilleries in Odisha, which is said to be the largest amount ever recovered by any agency during a single investigation in India.

“Writing,” Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright, screenwriter, and director David Mamet told Bill Maher on Friday’s Real Time, “is just making shit up.”
Mamet has made a successful career of that, creating such plays as Glengarry Glen Ross and Speed-the-Plow, and writing/directing such films as Heist, Wag the Dog and Hannibal, among others.
Now, he’s out with his newest book, a memoir and history called Everywhere an Oink Oink: An Embittered, Dyspeptic, and Accurate Report of Forty Years in Hollywood.
As one might expect from the title, it is loaded with caustic opinions on “the industry,” a term the abrasive Mamet loathes.
Maher brought up an anecdote where Mamet was once speaking to a class. One of the college students asked him, “What is the best thing I can do to increase my chances of working in television?”
Mamet had a ready solution. “Cut your d**k off and eat it.

Loki's costumes throughout his MCU journey have reflected his mental state and character development, from his basic initial suit to his powerful new outfit as the protector of the multiverse. Different variants of Loki introduced in the Loki series showcased iconic costumes from Marvel Comics, including the fur-lined costume of Boastful Loki and the older costume of Classic Loki. Loki's most recent costume in the series finale of Loki marked his transformation into a god, and featured a new horned headpiece and a cape that reflected his mysticism and power.
Tom Hiddleston's Loki has sported many different outfits throughout his lengthy MCU career, though some have expressed his power much more than others. Tom Hiddleston debuted as Loki, the Asgardian God of Mischief and brother to Chris Hemsworth's Thor, in 2011's Thor, and was initially depicted as a minor villain for Thor and the original Avengers team.

It comes from Gunpowder & Sky, whose CEO Van Toffler was an exec producer on the 2005 version when he worked at then-MTV owner Viacom. Toffler is producing with former MTV Films boss David Gale, who reunited with Toffler at Gunpowder & Sky and who also exec produced the Sandler version.

An MCU reboot provides a chance to explore wasted storylines and give them proper justice. Iconic comic book storylines like Steve Rogers' "Hail Hydra" moment and the Kree/Skrull war can be revisited and expanded upon. Characters like Hulk, the Inhumans, Doctor Doom, and Ultron have the potential for stronger and more compelling story arcs in a rebooted MCU.
Provided the MCU is indeed en route to a reboot, this provides a golden opportunity for Marvel to get some of its wasted storylines right on a second go-around. While Marvel has been particularly adept at re-imagining some of the comics' most iconic storylines in cinematic form, there are some that definitely benefit from further exploration. Far from being pure fan-service, however, these storylines are open goals when it comes to making compelling cinema - and they can certainly be worked into a new arc.
