Rising 3 takes place ten years after the events of Dead Rising 2 (2010), in the city of Los Perdidos, California and follows a new protagonist, Nick Ramos, who is in the midst of the looming zombie apocalypse.
In this less comical third installment of the Dead Rising series, players control a man named Nick Ramos. He is an orphan that grew up to be a mechanic. Players control Nick (and Dick if its in multi-player) in the middle of a zombie outbreak. Nick is trying to find what happened, and how the military didn't do anything.
