Over all I found this movie pretty interesting.
I have made my own studies of a lot of the topics so little of it is new to me. Happy because this might educate a lot of people on the existence of several key things that effect everyone's life. Hopefully it will make "critical thinkers" out of more people and they will look deeper into the world around them.
The USA (and the world) monopolies. These are powerful monopolies that are part of the ecosystems of government that control a lot of the world. In this movie the key theory is the petroleum monopoly. Yes it has a huge bearing on the world, but it's certainly not the only one. Another they briefly mention the banking system though, another big gov backed monopoly establishment. But they really didn't touch on two of the other big ones like the medical/drug and farming/food ones.
In any of these cases these monopolies cause suppression of workable technologies for "free energy" and energy use reductions, working cures for cancer, financial freedom (using actual material representation, bartering, etc., as opposed to the fiat money scam), etc.
If the reader/viewer really wants to get a wake up call. Web search for "Royal Raymond Rife". Don't stop at the "wikipedia" though as this "free" encyclopedia is very much controlled by the above mentioned monopolies with deliberate suppression and alterations/spinning of information. What you will learn is Raymond Rife discovered a totally workable branch of biological technology still way ahead of it's time and he found a simple workable and proved cure for at least one form of cancer and TB over 70 years ago! Then read how the AMA with the help of the FDA almost completely suppressed it all until about ten years ago.
Then read about Thomas Henry Moray and his energy ("free") machine. I've been fortunate to personally talk to Moray's surviving son, and read a lot about it. It seems plausible, and one has to recognize Moray actually invented the transistor (what he called the "moray valve") long before Bell labs was credited for it et al. But then again like anyone else I probably really wouldn't believe it until I could see it for my self.
These things tell you though for sure that these monopolies and the government are behind the suppression of key technologies that has held the world back by at least a 100 years. And furthermore the medical industry would rather have millions of people die each year rather then give up their billions in monopoly profits.
Now in this movie the whole Alien thing seems way out there. But then again, probably one of those things you have to study and or experience to see if it has any merit to it.
A lot of the movie was very wordy and hyped up. I hope if and when the part 2 comes out it will go into much more details and less marketing/hype and less trying to convince people. What people need is just facts, statistics, and real raw data. Also little antidotes to put things in to perspective with our current world situation..

I had been looking forward to see this documentary ever since i first heard about it but it didn't satisfy me. At the beginning, i had a feeling that it would be about ufos or "any exciting disclosure". I think, i shouldn't trust my inner voice anymore :).I appreciate Mr. Greer, Because he couldn't have made a better self promotion. This documentary is all about Steven Greer. Honestly, i have watched better documentaries on youtube. This one disappointed me beyond my expectations.Sirius should have been more serious and intriguing. Perhaps, It is my fault to have expected more from this documentary. I should have stopped watching youtube videos long before i watched Sirius. After all,No matter what i have said about this documentary, At least, he has taken serious step forward on this subject. Even though, I did't enjoy it, It is at least something.
So from the get go the film is an entire paradox of what it was initially made for, and that is: 1)All information should be freely available to the public & 2)The media is distorting the minds of people so they will believe their supposed lies & 3) Aliens exist and we have evidence.
In relation to the first message they ask you to buy the film or rent it which makes this information not free at all, shattering number one before you even start the movie.
For number 2 since this is a documentary they of course are doing everything they can to get the viewer to believe them even if it means plowing over simple facts, logic, and basic human psychology. They indeed commit what they accuse the media of doing: Persuasion by fact distortion.
And number 3; who knows if what they are saying is really true about some alien they found because by the end of the movie their conclusion is inconclusive as well. But over all if you love the UFO conspiracy as much as I do this is a great film to watch!

This movie isn't for everyone. Few people are interested in examining what is truth, or even questioning what qualifies as true. If you are uncomfortable with having your beliefs challenged, you won't enjoy this film.
I think the people who hated this film probably weren't able to comprehend its message, which is a shame. The complex information being presented could only be "dumbed down" so much. I read all the negative reviews, and kept asking myself if we were watching the same film.
If you're not actively processing what's being presented, you'll miss a lot of significant information. My husband and I paused the movie often to discuss things, or we'd rewind and watch again to make sure we didn't miss something important. This isn't for a lazy viewer.
If you, like me, enjoy a good puzzle and some mystery, and if you're able to suspend your disbelief long enough to follow an unfamiliar train of logic to a new, unconsidered conclusion, you should find this documentary to be thoroughly engaging and enjoyable.
Regardless of whether the claims are true or false, the point of watching this film is to learn the claims and decide for yourself what you think about them. Don't let other people foist their opinions on you! Give the movie a go and you can decide what to believe and what to scoff at.

I just caught this online and was very impressed with it. This film doesn't focus on blurry UFO footage or regurgitated testimonials from the 2001 disclosure project, it is in fact far bigger than that.
Rather than focus on telling people that UFO's are real, they pin point the aspects on why the topic gets buried, and why disclosure must be taken into the hands of the people. How they do this, and the facts and figures shown are top notch for such a buried, ridiculed and (for some) downright terrifying subject.
Blend the documentaries "IOUSA" and "Inside job" with Real UFO stuff and you'll be close in your expectations. However keep in mind their budget was minimal but on par with most documentaries of this kind.. (Greer gave up his $500,000/year emergency room surgeon job to do this stuff for peanuts, and has stated in interviews that they couldn't fit everything in that they wanted due to cost restrictions)
If you don't know who Dr. Steven Greer is I suggest you do some research before watching the film. Greer is no joke and by far one of the most credible and hard working people in the extraterrestrial realm and this film does his name the justice that I was expecting.

"This is down the rabbit hole, fast. But that is the situation, my friends, when you're dealing with secrecy that is criminal and illegal".
It goes without saying that the entire spectrum of subjects dealt with in this documentary are extremely controversial. Subjects ranging from the reality of an advanced intelligence visiting Earth throughout history - having escalated their presence since the first detonations of atomic bombs and the subsequent proliferation of nuclear weapons worldwide since the 1940s - to the reality of covert military operations and top secret technologies that are created using an advanced physics that is currently not taught (or even known about or acknowledged) in the mainstream scientific/academic establishment.
This story, or compilation of stories, is as explosive as it gets. It is almost literally earth-shaking. Is it any wonder why many people, who have been taught in the mainstream scientific establishment, would be completely offended upon being suddenly confronted with this? The truth will set you free, but first it will p*** you off! Many sceptical people who are unfamiliar with this subject material will find it overwhelmingly challenging to their world-view. But their limited world-view is exactly what needs to change and is precisely what is wrong with the world as we have witnessed it in the past few decades. Western materialistic science does not have all of the answers - yet! But let's listen with an open mind to the many brave government and military witnesses and whistle-blowers assembled in 'Sirius' to broaden our scientific and technological horizons. We absolutely do have the solutions to the majority of our world's problems at our disposal, but it is an issue of geopolitical leadership and public awareness to deal with these very serious and profoundly urgent issues. It is entirely okay to be sceptical, but if it gets to the point of being irrational, then that scepticism only serves to cast further chaos and confusion on a topic that is already riddled with enigmas and disinformation.
Many groundbreaking scientific discoveries have occurred over the past century, and this new documentary 'Sirius' does a brilliant job at showcasing the scientists, their ideas and their technologies, and just how and why these discoveries have been suppressed by very powerful interest groups. From Nikola Tesla to T. Townsend Brown to Thomas Henry Moray to Stanley Meyer. It is well-documented that Tesla's funders cut him off after he proposed his radical idea of generating wireless electricity towers in the EARLY 1900s! His scientific discoveries have benefited all of mankind, he was not crazy and he had solid plans on how this "free energy" could work over a hundred years ago. The man died penniless and many of his private notes were taken shortly after his death. Similar stories, but much more dramatic, have continued on since that time, and include deliberate confiscation of these types of threatening technologies, including an automatic blacklisting at the patent office if any technology is classified as "over-unity" and in violation of the Second Law of Thermodynamics. It has gone so far as to include several cases of mysterious deaths (obvious murders) of new energy scientists. If you don't think that the Military Industrial Complex and its ties to enormously wealthy corporations, including all of the major players in banking and Big Oil, have the power to squash anyone that might try to upset their nuclear applecart on steroids, then you are sadly misinformed and naive. But that is not to say that We the People cannot gather together and fight back - we can and we are!!
The entire Occupy Movement of recent times has brought to the world's attention the problem of "the 1%" owning and controlling all of the wealth and power in the world. As highlighted in this revolutionary documentary - and by numerous other reputable sources - Bank of America, Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase & CitiBank are the richest companies and groups of people who own and run the Federal Reserve, and who are also in control of the biggest oil corporations in the world: Exxon, Chevron, Shell & BP. Now if an alternative source of energy production could be generated out of a new physics, something beyond the Second Law of Thermodynamics, that could provide the world with a clean and cheap renewable source of energy to power our homes and cars and businesses, what do you think that would do to the geopolitical domination that the aforementioned banks and corporations have on the entire planet? And how far do you think "they" can and will and have gone to make sure they keep their power and control?
Operating in secrecy is unfortunately the most dangerous way to go about this task, and it is absolutely no joke when it is stated at the beginning of 'Sirius' that Dr. Steven Greer has a "Dead Man's Trigger" strategy in place, similar to Julian Assange and that of WikiLeaks. A cache of explosive and damaging information accumulated over the course of networking with military insiders that includes names and addresses and project names of the very people and companies involved with the clandestine and illegal operations we are talking about. Much of this information has already been released to the Congress and the general public in the form of transcribed and videotaped witness testimony that is available online. The documentary itself is based on Steven Greer's memoir 'Hidden Truth - Forbidden Knowledge'. If people could fully comprehend what this man has achieved, he would win something far more profound than the Nobel Peace Prize!
On behalf of all of humanity, I thank Dr. Steven Greer, The Disclosure Project and Amardeep Kaleka for their immense efforts. 'Sirius' is a very serious and important achievement and I highly recommend watching it (with an open mind).

I am undecided about weather we have ever been visited by extraterrestrials. Without hard evidence I lean toward NO. However, I do not discount strange phenomena in the skies. There are reputable people who have attested to this and documentaries that are extremely convincing. Most ufo sightings are a hoax or have some other reasonable explanation. There are a few though that defy conventional wisdom. The nutjob says they are space aliens and then contrives a whole network of lies and half truths to support his delusions. The objective seeker continues his search for hard evidence.
This documentary has zero hard evidence. In fact, it is the worst UFO documentary I have yet to come across. In the very opening they use the most obvious fake UFO sighting in recent years to build up the documentaries proof. You will remember this as the jerusalem UFO sighting. It is an admitted hoax. There are far better documentaries on this subject. Almost none of them are objective. They all come at you from a believers point of view, but at least they are compelling and often convincing. Avoid this sloppy propaganda infomercial attempt. When are these idiot going to learn that you cannot get away with this in the information age. If you must watch then download it from a torrent site.

I hope you can open your mind while you read this. Carefully think about all your doubts to this and to what created that doubt in the first place. Is it your opinion?
Listen. Is it YOURS?
Or did you read about it in newspaper? Magazine? Watched it on the "news"?? These are the people who are trying to help us. You say our world is crumbling because of the president and the wars. Those are completely irrelevant to your daily life. How about the fact that there is a US CODE 35 which can be looked up on Cornell's Law website, that states the U.S gov't can intercept any patent in which it has interest and to classify it as secret. Where would they get their money, if we had renewable energy?
It is a critical point in our humanity that we get past our ego's and our schema's. All the stereotypes you have been brainwashed with, get rid of them. Meditate, you think you lack something in life? It is not found in the warmth of a BMW's hand warming steering wheel, but; as for ME, I have found awe, comfort, and content while looking up at a beautiful meteor shower display.
Oh, and I'm taking a screen shot of this, just in case it doesn't make "the cut" for your review list.Thank you for your time and consideration.
Very Respectfully, Elilai Rengiil [email protected]

Utter nonsense. Don't bother watching this movie. "Dr." Green is either completely deluded or is a con artist praying on gullible people.
At 28:36, we get a glimpse of the US Air Force's infamous "Flying Saucer" on the screen behind "Dr." Greer. He is saying something about a secret technology (anti-gravity?!) that has been hidden from the public for decades. The implication is that the "Flying Saucer" is part of this cover up ... I know for a fact that is complete crap. The Flying Saucer was powered by a gas turbine, was hopelessly unstable and never got more than a few feet off the ground while still tethered.
After I saw those shots, I bailed ...

I have been a supporter of Greer's initiative and decided to buy the movie. I don't regret it at all. Most are complaining about how it "cost money" or "should be free". The information is free but this is a documentary made with a person who makes documentaries for money! $10 for a rent or $20 for DVD isn't much to ask for. I really enjoyed the movie and it is filled with factual information that I won't ever regret learning.
If you are interested in UFO phenomena or just a person who would like to learn about it, this is a great film. I am going to get my family to watch it and hopefully change their perspective on things. I also don't think the other ratings of the movie are fair, they are only complaining about how it costs money and not actually how good the movie was.

It is a must watch and you must follow up by watching the military testimony's on youtube under 'Disclosure Project'. Dr Steven Greer is a very articulate speaker and the message overall is positive and enlightening.
It makes you feel quite silly that the ufo topic has become so ridiculed that we have been conditioned to ignore the ongoing witness testimony and evidence. This documentary started an adventure for me over the past 3 weeks and the more I look the more I cant believe also how little freedom we have over what we have the right to see. I found out that the government are responsible for the highest rate of youtube forced removal of videos in guess what topic...(ufo's) ITS TIME TO DISCLOSE PEOPLE!!!
watch it with a big group of friends and family.

I saw this on Netflix. Really rather dull, and I ended up watching it over the course of several days because I couldn't sit through more than 30 minutes at a time before my eyes started to glaze over.
At first I thought it was going to be an entertaining, fake science-fiction documentary about how we had been visited by aliens. There was certainly nothing entertaining about it, and it wasn't until about 2/3 of the way through that I realized that the people making the film were actually serious.
Far too much new age, incoherent, conspiracy theory stuff. The Discovery Channel documentaries about the existence of Atlantis are more convincing.

Do not let the cover image turn you off you. As far as 'well put together documentaries' go ( I would know, I critique for a living ) this is a high quality watch.
Also, this is F R E E on y o u t u b e. It's covers multiple layers of a topic which although not mainstream now, will be for your children and theirs.
This documentary covers a topic that will be a new cornerstone in the way we view the Cosmos. Highly recommended investment in time regardless of your world view currently. Peace
