Fans of The Challenge voiced their frustration with the upcoming All Stars 5 season, which features a return for the Rivals theme.
Viewers previously saw several Rivals seasons of MTV’s The Challenge, with the first premiering in June 2011.
Johnny Devenanzio and Tyler Duckworth won for the men’s side, while Evelyn Smith and Paula Meronek won for the women.
Rivals II came to MTV just a few years later, with Chris “Ct” Tamburello and Wes Bergmann winning. On the women’s side, Paula Meronek won again, this time with Emily Schromm as her partner.
In 2016, viewers got a third Rivals season on MTV, which featured one of reality TV’s most infamous and memorable moments. Bananas left his partner without any prize money due to a twist after they finished in first place.
While many fans likely loved those particular editions of The Challenge, plenty disapprove of a significant change to All Stars.

After her sudden exit and hiatus from MTV’s The Challenge several seasons ago, Ashley “Millionaire” Mitchell will return to compete on All Stars Rivals.
The fifth installment of the spin-off series features cast members who team up with individuals from the show with whom they have a feud or rivalry.
She’ll be among the show’s former champions returning to try to win another edition of the popular competition series, but she likely has her work cut out for her.
The two-time Challenge winner last appeared on MTV’s Spies, Lies & Allies, which included castmates Amanda Garcia, Tori Deal, and Aneesa Ferreira.
Based on their history, she’ll team up with Aneesa for Rivals, which may have included some arguments during their previous seasons.
That means Ashley and Aneesa must put their differences aside to win the final and some significant cash.

Love Island: All Stars has come under fire for casting a married man. Marcel Somerville will be entering the villa alongside other former Love Island UK stars when the All Stars format returns in January 2025.
Fans were left shocked when they learned that 39-year-old Marcel is still legally married to his wife, Rebecca Vieira. The producers defended the casting, with the executive producer Mike Spencer insisting Marcel was a single man and that fans should "give the guy a break."
Chatting to The Sun, the producer clarified that "He had a wife! Marcel is single. He's ready to mingle." He added that Marcel, who was previously in the hip-hop band Blazin Squad, was "a really good guy" who was "looking for love." Despite Mike's kind words, fans are still rooted in anger over the casting decision.

Boston Rob Mariano is a Survivor legend but has also become well-known for appearances on various other reality competition shows.
Rob finished tenth place on Survivor: Marquesas, but the fans loved him.
Rob was invited back for Survivor: All-Stars, where he played the game hard, pushed boundaries, and made it to the end.
The methods Rob used to succeed on Survivor 8 came at a price. He admittedly “killed friendships” and left a wake of destruction.
Luckily for Rob, the season ended happily, as he wound up with a wife in Survivor 8 winner Amber Brkich. He didn’t win the $1 million prize, but did score a new best friend for life.
Later, Rob played on Survivor 20: Heroes vs. Villains and then won Survivor: Redemption Island. But he still thinks back to his time on All-Stars.

Spoilers ahead from The Challenge 40: Battle of the Eras season finale.
Weeks and weeks of competitions and eliminations and miles upon miles of swimming have all come down to the two-part season finale of The Challenge 40: Battle of the Eras. Even though the winners have been crowned and we can now look ahead to the upcoming new season of All Stars, there's still some unfinished business to attend to for season 40: The drama-filled reunion!
In the end, Jordan won for the men, while Jenny and Rachel tied for first place for the women. The Karma Vote helped propel Rachel from third place to tied for first, resulting in Michele taking third place, though she was one point away from a three-way tie for first (and two points from winning!). The contestants will surely get into the nitty gritty of the results when they reunite.

After months of watching every unpredictable moment unfold on The Challenge 40: Battle of the Eras, the franchise's biggest season yet officially came to an end. The two-part season finale began on Jan. 1 and concluded on Jan. 8 with the crowning of a male and female winner. There's no spoilers here on who came out victorious, but let's just say it was an exciting end to the season!
Just like in the past, once one season of The Challenge concludes on MTV, we can expect another season to arrive shortly after. However, rather than having to wait a handful of months until the next season begins, we only have to wait a couple weeks. While it's not a new season of the flagship series, The Challenge: All Stars will be back with two major changes.

There's no getting around it, Disney is expensive. Even a short trip to the Walt Disney World Resort can set a single guest back thousands of dollars. That said, Disney has a wide variety of ways to stay and play that won't break the bank... if you know how to play the system.
Staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel comes with perks and experiences not available at other lodgings, but you don't have to spend like Cinderella to enjoy the magic. In fact, the All-Star Resorts have much more to offer than some might think.
Live like an All-Star
Apart from the campgrounds at Fort Wilderness, the All-Star Resorts are typically the cheapest places to stay at Wdw. That doesn't mean they're necessarily poor quality, but they don't have as many bells and whistles as some of the other properties.

A new year always brings resolutions, and for The Challenge star Laurel Stucky, one involves focusing on herself.
She appeared in recent seasons of the competition series, as she appeared in her first-ever installment of the All Stars spinoff, and won it, then returned on MTV’s Battle of the Eras.
Unfortunately, it was a disappointing Season 40 for the multi-time winner, as she went home during a daily challenge purge.
However, she seemed to joke about how she wouldn’t exhaust herself under the current conditions.
In addition, she may not have been in ideal shape to compete with the other stars in the 40-member cast.
So what’s next for The Challenge star? Laurel recently told fans she’s “making a commitment” to herself in 2025.

As Survivor's host from the very start, Jeff Probst was there to see things like the first time one of the reality show's players was medically evacuated. The thing that new fans who are still figuring out which seasons to watch first don't know is that Jeff also became Survivor's executive producer and showrunner. As a result of all of his roles, Jeff has had a lot of influence over Survivor's best seasons, he's dealt with the show's best players ever, and he's gotten to announce every winner ever. Even though Jeff has helped Survivor become a success, he has made mistakes too.

Since Survivor has dedicated fans who know things like which player was medically evacuated first, there are a lot of debates about the show. Fans of Jeff Probst's beloved reality show who are no longer figuring out which season to watch first love to debate things like which season is the best and who the greatest players are. Another debate is whether Tony Vlachos is the best Survivor winner ever or if the cop who almost got fired from the force is overrated.
Since Jeff Probst is already planting seeds for Survivor 50, the upcoming season has also been the subject of debates. When "Chaos" Kass McQuillen wasn't busy calling Woo Hwang out, she responded to some of Jeff's comments about Survivor 50 by stating her opinion that Tony is overrated.

Jemmye Carroll called out comments from her former castmate, who suggested he flirted with her to stay relevant even though he might not be genuinely interested.
The former Real World star hasn’t appeared on The Challenge since the All Stars 3 spinoff, and she’s wondering why she keeps getting mentioned on a particular podcast.
A recent episode of Zach Nichols Podcast featured Nehemiah Clark, fresh off his appearance on MTV’s Battle of the Eras.
During the episode, Nehemiah said he focused on each of his appearances on the competition show as if it were his last.
Therefore, he would do whatever was necessary to stay relevant as part of the show’s cast.
That seemingly included talking to people he usually wouldn’t and flirting with Jemmye while on the show.

Peacock is in conversation with ITV America over a third Love Island spin-off, David George has revealed.
The boss of ITV America said chatter about another new version of the popular reality series demonstrates the importance of the Peacock brand following Comcast’s move to spin off a number of its cable nets and news networks.
ITV America already makes Love Island Games and Love Island: All Stars for Peacock, along with the original U.S. version, which has been airing on the streamer since 2022 and previously ran on CBS. ITV Studios created the original Love Island, which has sold around the world and still airs in the UK.
George said the Comcast split shows that “Peacock is the future,” further evidenced by the fact Comcast is holding on to Bravo, which “supplies tonnes of content into Peacock.” “We are keeping a close eye on it,” he added. He didn...

The film about Canadian rock musician Randy Bachman – founder of the bands The Guess Who and Bachman-Turner Overdrive – earned the Audience Award at the debut event in the small town 75 miles east of Austin. During The Challenge: Battle of the Eras, several alliances were formed involving new friends and former rivals.
Viewers already loved or hated the Vacation Alliance, which featured Devin Walker, Tori Deal, Josh Martinez, and Kaycee Clark.
However, new alliances arrived, including the Ladies of Leisure (LOLs), which featured Michele Fitzgerald, Olivia Kaiser, and Nia Moore.
In Season 40’s recent episode, Olivia described the trio’s mutual interests in shopping, designer items, and expensive vacations.
Johnny Bananas’ crew, Bananas Angels, also appeared in the recent episode during Jordan, Michele, and Olivia’s discussion about trying to cut the head off the snake.
The group later had a toast at the bar, as Aviv discussed in a confessional that they’d been a close group throughout the season so far.

Makensy Manbeck finished as the runner-up on Big Brother 26, getting to the final two after winning an amazing number of competitions.
Having Big Brother producers invite Makensy to return for a future season seems like a given. Makensy might even be a great addition to a new season of Big Brother: Reindeer Games.
But she might not be interested in that opportunity. Makensy has made it known that she would walk if she found out a future season included a fellow BB26 cast member.
Maybe that sentiment will change now that everyone is free from the Big Brother house. And maybe public perception will also impact how she interacts with them in the future.
So who is that person that Makensy wants nothing to do with? It’s Angela Murray. Yes, the same Angela who finished as one of the top three vote-getters for America’s Favorite Houseguest.

Project Runway deviated from many reality shows of its day by focusing on a fascinating niche fashion design.
The premise of Project Runway was not entirely dissimilar to run of the mill competition shows, as each season featured 12 aspiring fashion designers as contestants, slowly whittled down to a small handful for a final competition.

Despite that, Wes continued to point out how Laurel has had “opportunities” to showcase growth throughout her time on The Challenge, but he hasn’t “seen it” occur.

“America’s Got Talent” is TV’s only competition show that embraces all forms of variety acts, whether you’re a singer, a comedian, a magician, an aerialist, or anything in between. Throughout its nearly two decades on NBC, seven solo singers have claimed victory, with the most recent one being Season 14’s Kodi Lee. (See the “AGT” winners list.) However, there are four specific categories that have yet to win the top prize of $1 million and a headline show in Las Vegas. Can any of these types of acts make “AGT” history during the Season 19 finale on Tuesday, September 24?
First up, here’s a refresher on this year’s Top 10 finalists: singer Richard Goodall, quick-change artist Solange Kardinaly, air-dance group Airfootworks, dance crew Brent Street, singer Dee Dee Simon, acrobatic group Hakuna Matata Acrobats, comedian Learnmore Jonasi, dog act Roni Sagi & Rhythm, aerial duo Sebastián & Sonia, and drone group Sky Elements.

During the fourth season of Survivor, Jeff Probst's beloved reality TV show introduced fans to Sean Rector and Vecepia Towery. Since then, there have been many seasons for fans to rank, lots of great players, and far too many people who've been medically evacuated from the show.
Now that new fans have to figure out which Survivor seasons to watch first, many people have forgotten about Vecepia and Sean. However, that isn't the fault of the fans who no longer think of Sean and Vecepia. Instead, that is proof of why Sean deserved to be outraged by how he and Vecepia were treated by Survivor.
Why Sean Rector Should Have Played Survivor Again
When most Survivor fans think about the show's earliest seasons, it is the first three that come to mind. After all, the first three seasons were won by highly memorable players like Richard Hatch, Tina Wesson,...

In the years since Jeff Probst began hosting Survivor, the reality TV show has aired many seasons of varying quality. As a result of that longevity, fans who are no longer worried about which seasons to watch first tend to know a lot about the show. For example, many Survivor fans know which player was the first to be medically evacuated and that Rupert Boneham was very popular.
Unfortunately for the show's producers, Rupert has spoken out against how Jeff has changed Survivor. The fact that he spoke out like that is kind of funny, however, as it can easily be argued that Rupert's popularity almost ruined Survivor forever.
Rupert Boneham's Extreme Popularity Could Have Ruined Survivor
During Survivor: Pearl Islands, fans very quickly began to love Rupert Boneham. The season's early episodes quickly gave viewers good reasons to think that Rupert was lovable and a lot of fun.
