-It all starts with an unforeseen event: the astrolabe of the prestigious Gogosse, a Russian nuclear submarine, is no longer working. The ship and its crew are lost in the Atlantic Ocean, near the east coast of Florida (USA). An American satellite soon spotted it and communicated its position to the army. The information was immediately transmitted to the President of the United States. There follows a surreal exchange (or not!) between a mafia-like American president lost in the arcana of political power gangrenous to the bone and a Russian president, both contributor and victim of the incompetence of his chief of staff, advised by drunkards. The absurdity is pushed to its paroxysm in this exchange between two heads of state of powerful countries totally disconnected and whose buffoonery is without limit.
