Inside the meteor, when Daffy demonstrates his talent for levers, he pulls the lever to lower the machine and pushes it to make it go up again. Porky also does so later in the scene. But when Porky and Petunia are strapped in, Daffy pushes the lever forward and the machine still lowers them.
