In the 1995 movie "Waterworld," Kevin Costner was the draw in more ways than one. To much of the audience, he was still the glamorous movie star who had managed to pull off a blockbuster "Robin Hood" movie despite his inability to successfully nail an English accent. To others, he seemed like he might be a potential trainwreck on the verge of derailment. "Waterworld" had fallen victim to many behind-the-scenes tales of sinking sets, director fights, and Costner rewriting the script to make himself look better. Ultimately, for one reason or another, enough people were curious about the film that it turned a profit. However difficult he may have been behind the scenes, the star turned out to still have it.
Within the movie, however, the person everyone wants to see is Enola, a nine year-old girl whose back tattoo features an encoded map to the last bit of dry land on a post-climate change world.

Netflix has promoted Carolina Leconte to the position of senior director of content at its Mexican outpost. She steps into Roberto Stopello’s shoes, who has ankled.
Leconte has been with Netflix since 2021 where she held the position of director, original series, Latin America and spearheaded such hit productions as the second season of Colombian show, “The Marked Heart,” one of the most popular non-English TV series on Netflix in 2022; the racy tale “Fake Profile,” which stayed in the global Top 10 ranking for non-English series for six weeks in 2023 and posted the biggest bow of any non-English series last year; and “Love After Music,” a series based on the career of Argentinian musician Fito Paéz, among many other shows.
She previously worked on such titles as “Luis Miguel- The Series” (Seasons 2 and 3), “42 Days of Darkness” and Season 2 of “Control Z.”

Finding lost ones and almost losing the ones you’ve found seems to be the theme of the seventh episode of Invasion, as key characters from different segments of the series strengthen their resolve by extending their circle of trust. Previously, en route to Camp Pierce, where Sarah has been abducted by the military, the Movement convoy got ambushed by hunter aliens. Later, Luke’s psychic connection with the aliens and Aneesha’s bravery allowed Movement members to escape with their lives.
Jamila and co. managed to find Caspar at the hospital in Paris, but Monty seemingly holds the opinion that Caspar is not his old self. At Oklahoma, Trev and county deputy Rose learn about the series of disappearances being linked with alien abduction, and it seems like Rose has lost someone close to her, named Billy, in one of the abduction cases. In the episode titled “Down the Rabbit Hole,...

Invasion Season 2 is finally here and it’s just as action-packed as the first season. Created by Simon Kinberg and David Weil, the Apple TV+ series picks up a few months after the first season’s events and it shows the aliens escalating their attacks on the humans turning it into an all-out war.
The first season of Invasion tells the story of an alien invasion in a very grounded realistic way with many of its characters having very different backgrounds. Apple TV+ renewed Invasion nearly two years ago and after all that wait we finally got a new batch of episodes.

Season 2 of Invasion consists of ten episodes in total and it premiered with its first episode on Apple TV+ on August 23, 2023. Check out all of the episodes’ release dates and titles below:

Watching an international version of Taskmaster has the uncanny quality of trying to explain a dream. The sets are the same, but also not. The theme music’s a match, but it’s playing over people and tasks you don’t recognise. The Taskmaster was there, but it wasn’t the Taskmaster, just some other tall man in a suit. And instead of the familiar comedian configuration of ‘two off telly, two off Twitter and one you’ve never heard of’, you (probably) haven’t heard of anybody.
Once you have your bearings though, free Taskmaster! Multiple new-to-you episodes to fill the gap while we wait for series 16. And it’s good stuff. The New Zealand version is particularly strong, with an excellent choice of Taskmaster’s Assistant and consistently funny comedians. Also, thanks to (the show’s own) joke that New Zealand has a population of just eight people,...

Rabbit Hole is a new Paramount+ spy thriller series that, as its title suggests, features a twisting mystery with life-and-death stakes. The series stars Kiefer Sutherland in a role very different from his iconic turn in 24 despite any seeming surface similarities. The story revolves around Sutherland’s John Weir, who is framed for murder by mysterious forces with incredible influence over the general population.
The story of Rabbit Hole is helped along by a heart-pounding musical score by composer Siddhartha Khosla. Khosla has garnered a string of Emmy nominations for his genre-spanning body of work, which includes Only Murders in the Building, This is Us, and Welcome to Chippendales. Screen Rant is happy to premiere a selection from Khosla’s work for Rabbit Hole titled “Rabbit // Hole”.

Samara Weaving has been a scream queen, an action star, and now, the embodiment of multiple real-life feminist icons.
First up, the “Ready or Not” breakout star portrays French aristocrat Marie-Joséphine de Montalembert in this week’s new release “Chevalier” opposite Kelvin Harrison Jr. After that, Weaving will transform into former Playboy bunny Holly Madison for limited series “Down the Rabbit Hole,” and will then travel back in time once more to play Elizabeth Patterson Bonaparte in “Liz.”
“Maybe I’m a masochist. You read a really good script or a really good pitch and you can’t say no to it,” Weaving told IndieWire of her period piece nods to real people. “Elizabeth Bonaparte, I’m a huge fan of [director] Adam Leon’s work. ‘Italian Studies’ is one of my favorite movies, so just working with him is going to be awesome. And Elizabeth Bonaparte is so dope. She’s the first American socialite,...

Directors Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead go way down the rabbit hole in their new film, “Something In The Dirt,” one of the big standout films from the Sundance Film Festival. A pandemic brainchild of necessity—what can we shoot during the pandemic which is relatively inexpensive but still doable, so we don’t lose our marbles and can stay artistic—“Something In The Dirt” is a trippy, DIY, sci-fi-ish film about a pair of loser (played by the two filmmakers themselves) dudes in dystopic Los Angeles who stumble upon the unexplainable.

Kendra Wilkinson is punching back after Holly Madison opened up about their relationship—or lack thereof. On the Call Her Daddy podcast on April 7, Holly suggested The Girls Next Door co-stars are not on good terms and don't really stay in touch. She even hinted that Kendra lied and had, in fact, had sex with Hugh Hefner before she moved into the Playboy Mansion. "I had to sleep with him first," the Down the Rabbit Hole author, 41, said. "I'm not trying to slut shame anybody or anything but nobody ever got asked to move in unless they had slept with him." After E! News published Holly's comments,...
