Isekai animes give their protagonist a rare opportunity and a second attempt at life. Some protagonists come to their new worlds as they were in their previous lives. Others are reborn in a new world, retaining all of their memories from their past lives. Isekai worlds can vary greatly. Some are fantastical, some are futuristic, and some meet in the middle for science fiction. It's not the most popular subgenre of isekai, but each sci-fi isekai brings something fun and enjoyable to the table.

To be a good Sci-Fi isekai, the show doesn't necessarily need to be about science fiction. Having science fiction elements can be a great way of adding interesting elements to the overall plot of the show. More than two years after its initial reveal, the Rick and Morty anime has officially announced its August release date and other exciting details.

Additionally, the anime will feature both English and Japanese dubs, each with its own set of voice actors.

The Rick and Morty anime was first announced in May 2022, and now, over two years later, it has been revealed that the show will debut on August 15, 2024.

This news is sure to excite fans of the popular American animated series as well as anime fans, as the show promises to blend the original series’ comedy and sci-fi elements with a unique Japanese anime twist.

The announcement was accompanied by an official trailer featuring new footage from the upcoming show.

Hulu is giving Shark Week a run for its money this July with not one but seven National Geographic specials dropping on the streaming service at the start of the month. From Shark Beach with Anthony Mackie to Baby Sharks in the City, there are plenty of options for fans of these fearsome finned creatures.

Hulu also has a couple of fun offerings for adult animation fans with the full second season of Marvel’s Hit Monkey dropping on July 15 and Futurama returning for its 12th season on July 29th.

The Dangers in My Heart season 2 ended a few months ago, and finally, its English dub is coming out soon. That is because Hidive confirmed that it will stream the anime’s English version beginning on Saturday, June 15.

The company also announced that the spin-off anime special titled Twi-Yaba will get an English dub release. However, it is not currently known whether the Twi-Yaba English dub will also premiere on the same day.

It has been published as an online novel since May 2018 on the text publishing site Shōsetsuka ni narō. An anime adaptation of the series produced by the Nexus studio premiered in October 2022 and currently consists of two seasons and 32 episodes; a sequel anime film, The Eminence in Shadow: Lost Echoes, was announced back in December 2023.
