Class I 10th grade student Time rallies support for the reinstatement of the Gifted Program, which has been terminated due to the chaos in school last year that is believed to be instigated by the Gifted Class 15.
Time accidentally discovers that he is Gifted, and the Gifted Class 15 help him unlock his potential. When he learns about the incident that led to the Program's termination, Time accuses Class 15 of inciting chaos in school.
Time ascertains and develops his potential as the day of the Placement Exam approaches. When the Director devises a plan that could jeopardize Gifted Class 15's plans to sabotage the exam, Pang knew that the answer lies with Time.
Ms. Darin employs Third's potential to search for her secret vial which was stolen by an Anti-Gifted. When Third apparently overuses his power over Time, the Director orders a medical check-up of all Gifted students.
The Director, Mr. Pom and Ms. Darin work together to contain the Nyx-88 viral infection among the Gifted Class 16. The Gifted Class 15 put themselves in a blame game to find out who among them is the traitor who unleashed the virus.
Pang resolves, amidst conflicting sides, to search for the fugitive Korn and try to understand and reason with him before the authorities could intervene. Along the way, he runs into a man he thought had died.
After Time's death and Korn's suicide attempt, the bond among the Gifted Class 15 continues to deteriorate and the Education Ministry turns against the Director and Mr. Pom. When all hope seems lost, a revelation awaits Pang.
Pang discovers the Director and Mr. Pom had smuggled Time out of the school and almost successfully treats him for the Nyx-88 infection. The Director recounts to Pang the harsh beginnings of the Gifted Program.
Despite an Internet leak of the Gifted Program, the Ministry is suspiciously keen to holding a press con to admit the Program's existence. Pang, Wave and their juniors team up to stop the Ministry, but their efforts lead to something else.
Instead of the Ministry, the Director holds the press con to publicize the Gifted Program and its nationwide expansion. The Director reveals to a horrified Pang his true intentions and a complete recounting of his past.
A mysterious woman appears to Grace in a vision and compels her to search for the person who might have the only key against Nyx-88. The Gifted Class 15 risk getting the virus if they do not tell Pang's whereabouts to the Director.
The Director hastens the full activation of Grace's potential, and he discovers a potential like no other and even superior to his own. The Gifted Class 15, Mr. Pom and Chanon team up once again to stop the Director's corrupt plans.
With the truth of the Gifted Program exposed, the Director's plans are on the brink of failure but he continues to stand his ground. The Gifted Class 15, Grace, Mr. Pom and Chanon make their final offensive against the Director.
