The episode's title is a quotation from Bob Dylan's 1965 song "Subterranean Homesick Blues": "You don't need a weatherman / To know which way the wind blows." The second part of that line is not part of the episode's title, but it is the reason for these lyrics' use as the title, since the episode concerns a farmer being sued by an agricultural conglomerate because its proprietary seeds had accidentally blown onto her land.

Another Phoney Plot

Silly legal logic throughout. Implausible personal relationships handled by immature people. and then Elijah assaults a man and there are no consequences. Should have spent a few days in jail. Stories written by middle schoolers. Show is now on deathwatch.
