Deacon tells Commander Hicks that the drone was using a homemade C4 (Composition-4) Explosive. That is impossible unless you have direct access to the formula and manufacturing sequence of C4, a very high end chemical and munitions producing lab and explosives producing capability. Not to mention completely illegal unless one possesses the proper licensing and possession licenses.
