Alan B'Stard returns to his old public school for its prize giving day, He meets his old fag Lance Okum-Martin (Trevor Laird.)
He is now President for life of the Caribbean island of St James. They have banks offering 25% interest rates. That piques Alan's interest, even more so when Lance proposes a scam to rip off British depositors.
Thanks to tee special tobacco that St James produces. Alan also ends up high as a kite.
Alan organises a trip for investors to visit the island. Only to find that Lance has ripped him off. Now Alan stages a plane hijack to get himself off the hook.
The moment Lance Okum-Martin borrowed a thousand pounds from Alan, you knew the con was on.
Probably the more traditional episode of the first series so far. It kind of loses its way on the plane sequence somewhat.
