Diane is seen wearing the same ugly sweater she had last season. Surely the wardrobe dept could have found her something else to wear.

Julian's attorney pressures him to plead guilty to manslaughter. This is preposterous, because just moments earlier, the attorney said that the victim was alive and in the hospital. Manslaughter is a crime involving the death of another person.

Surely someone could have tried covering up Julian's facial port wine stain with theater greasepaint or pancake makeup. Shame on the mother for not trying.

The young bratty boy lies on the stand under oath gets not one admonishment from the Court. Preposterous.

[Incorrectly regarded as a goof] The woman who kisses Julian's lawyer is the lawyer's own wife, Diane. The girl in love with Julian is named Rachel, and she is in the hospital the whole trial. She never meets the lawyer.

Original contribution: For no apparent reason, Diane, the girl who is supposed to be in love with Julian, gets up and kisses the attorney on the lips. (She has regained her sight due to an operation, and explains why she now looks a lot older.)
