Leo Geter plays the same character (Barry Simms) as he played in the 1995 Halloween sequel, Halloween 6: The Curse of Michael Myers.
Two different locations were used for the street that the townhouse is on.
The characters in the film are named after characters from made-for-TV horror movies from the 1970s.
Lesleh Donaldson was originally slated to play a large part but was replaced with Tina Krause due to scheduling conflicts.
