When David enters the bar and finds Jack in there, an extra drink appears on the bar behind the two women sitting on the stools.

When David speaks with the realtor on his cell phone, the antenna is alternately up/down between shots.

After Elizabeth prevents David from drinking the whiskey at the bar, David puts the glass down and it vanishes.

When Dave gets out of the shower, picks up his beer and looks in the mirror, he is startled, and the beer appears back on the sink.

After David summons Elizabeth by threatening to set down the cup on the table, he starts confronting her, asking a bunch of questions. Elizabeth's arms change back and forth between crossed and by her sides.

Elizabeth is a transparent spirit, but she gives off shadows in the early scenes on the roof and in the street.

After asking people in Elizabeth's building if they knew her, her reflection can be seen in the refrigerator.

In the rooftop scene right after David turns down Katrina's advances, it is apparent that green screen technology is being used. There is a green halo around David and Elizabeth's right hand has a green reflection.

When David rolls Elizabeth's body out of the hospital room, you can see the body double's face.

When Elizabeth lies on the coffee table singing, her mouth doesn't match the words.

When David and Elizabeth sit together and she reveals she doesn't want to waste what could be her final night, a large light box visibly hangs outside the window behind them. As the scene plays out, the fixture gives off harsh daylight during a night scene.

Elizabeth is able to walk through solid objects and is unable to pick up a phone and yet she is able to sit on the toilet seat and coffee table without sinking through it.
