- When mysterious surveillance equipment, mind control cola and aliens terrorize Springfield, only the Simpsons can find out why and save the town.
- Something weird is happening in the town of Springfield and as usual, the Simpsons are right in the middle of it. Tiny cameras disguised as wasps are flying about. Mysterious black vans seem to be spying on the citizens. A new soda appears to be making people crazy. And while all this is going on, Bart Simpson disappears, apparently by a UFO. It's up to Homer and his family to solve the mystery.—BKelly9505
- The game starts with hundreds of wasp cameras descending on the town of Springfield. One enters the Simpson's home and is smashed by Homer. All the levels happen in chronological order, with level one happening on the 25th of October and Level 7 on the 31st. The first level is about Homer who at first goes out to purchase new and improved Buzz Cola and then starts to get into some routine tasks like going to work. Homer is sent home from work and watches a news report on TV which informs him that wasp cameras and black surveillance vans are being spotted all across town. He pursues one and follows it to Mr.Burn's mansion and concludes he is responsible. Later, Homer confronts Burns but Burns denies knowledge of the conspiracy and releases the hounds.
Level two is about Bart, who is desparate to find the new Bonestorm game. After evading Principal Skinner, Bart does tasks for certain people who give him a lead onto finding the game. He is distracted by Proffesor Frink who in exchange for a few errands, lets Bart see the new Truckasaurus. Bart is nearly attacked by it before dissapearing in a cloud of green mist.
In level 3, Lisa is sent to the Squidport area to look for Bart. She follows several false leads before Grampa Simpson tells her that Bart's red hat fell out of a black sedan. Lisa collects the hat and destroys three black sedans finding them all to be empty. After completing a task for the Sea Captain, Lisa destroys a black limo but discovers Bart came out of it just before she destroyed it. She finds Bart on a ship mumbling unintelligebly about aliens and Buzz cola.
In level 4, Marge tries to discover all she can about the new conspiracy which now incorporates black vans, wasp cameras and a crop circle outside Cletus' shack. Grampa informs her that the crop circle bears the logo for the newly released Buzz Cola and when she shows the cola to Bart he snaps out of his trance and tells her that 'they' gave him tons of the cola while he was abducted. She manages to collect all the buzz cola cans she can find and destroys three Buzz cola trucks, but despite her efforts, the cola maintains popularity.
In Level 5, Apu takes a break from the Kwik-E-Mart to try and find the source of the evil cola, but becomes caught up in routine tasks. He eventually gets a lead from Snake that the cola is coming from the Springfield Museum and alongside Bart, he gets the key off of the curator and goes inside the museum. Once inside, they discover the cola being pumped from a giant meteor. Furthermore they discover that the culprits are in fact Kang and Kodos who are filming the people of Springfield for their reality show 'Foolish Earthlings'. In order to combat a decrease in ratings, the two aliens plan to put the cola into the town's water supply making everyone go mad and then distribute free laser guns so that everyone will destroy each other.
Bart goes to the Squidport, but Apu refuses to help him. Bart tries to find Krusty to warn him, but when he finds him, Krusty doesn't beleive him. He then goes to Proffesor Frink who tells Bart that he intercepted an alien message saying that the aliens are hiding the lasers in the Duff trucks. Bart destroys a Duff truck and collects a laser gun to show Krusty. He finds Krusty, but it is too late and he has already put up free laser gun stands all over the Squidport, Bart destroys every last one. Using Homer's 70's Sports car, Bart gets Homer to help him reach the Duff Brewery before the aliens. Upon arrival, an alien spaceship rises from beneath the Duff blimp and Kang and Kodos state that the evil cola is still entering the town's water supply which will cause the dead to rise and devour the flesh of the living. Naturally, Bart is thrilled.
In level 7, after Homer fetches supplies to fend against the zombies, he discovers the alien spaceship hovering above the Elementary school playground. He discovers from Proffesor Frink that the aliens have a weakness: toxic waste. Homer helps Frink deliver a crate of toxic waste straight to the spaceship itself. Homer jumps out before the car is sucked up into the spaceship, but Frink doesn't. After getting a map from Mr.Burns to all the toxic waste locations, Homer delivers three further loads of toxic waste to the alien spaceship, the last of which using Grampa's upgraded World War II truck. With this final load, the alien spaceship falls out of the sky and crashes into the elementary school. Homer suffers no side effects, except from growing a third arm due to toxic waste exposure. All the zombies return to their graves and Homer becomes an intergalactic celebrity with legions of alien fans. Kang and Kodos watch from heaven, happy that at least their show was a success but enraged that they will have to endure the boring video game credits.
