(at around 1h 10 mins) When the two guys go to see Magnificent Martha for psychic guidance, she throws rose petals all around the room and some of them land on the table which they are sitting at. Then, for the remainder of the scene, the amount and position of rose petals on the table keeps drastically changing in almost every single shot.

(at around 1h 25 mins) When Corey and Terrence are gearing up for their raid on Magus's Mansion Terrence bring what is apparently some kind of explosive mine and flips it over showing a large wad of plastic explosive with wires attached to it. However when we see the mine again while Terrence is perched above the ritual chamber the bottom is visible just before he slips and drops it and there's nothing on the bottom.
