Plot

Waxman is a former Special Forces soldier who is now working as a heavily armed assassin for a top secret government agency. When a covert mission goes terribly wrong, Waxman and fellow assassin Clegg become that agency's prime targets.

The shooter Eagle One and the rookie spotter Eagle Two are assigned to a mission in a foreign country. He fails to kill the target and falls in disgrace in the agency. Now they are assigned to a new mission together in a building under construction. She has some problems with the addicted security guard O'Hara, but he helps to resolve her problem.
