The scene in the restaurant, when Mimi chews ice cubes is a parody of a coke advertisement of a lady sucking ice cubes.
The real poster for Pulp Fiction says, "Winner of the Palme d'Or, Cannes Film Festival," whereas the Plump poster says, "Winner of the Palm d'Hors d'oeuvre, Canned Food Festivals."
In the USA, it was originally intended to be released to theaters in February 1997.
