This short film accompanied the theatrical release of Tom and Huck (1995). It was released on home video, appearing among st the trailers at the beginning of The Best of Roger Rabbit (1996), The Big Green (1995), and A Kid in King Arthur's Court (1995) videocassettes.

Alternate versions
When released on selected 1996 Disney VHS tapes and submitted into a short episode of Timon & Pumbaa (1995), the short film was edited as a music video, especially with the last shot of frogs being zoomed (omitting the end credits). However, international HD broadcasts remaster the theatrical version of the short (with the original end credits being retained during the final shot).

where you can find it

This short film was one of the most hilarious things I've ever seen in my entire lifetime on the planet Earth. if you're really interested in seeing it, it can be seen as an added bonus on the Disney movie The Big Green. I would recommend you see it, if you like laughing that is. It's a funny little, well, song video I guess you could call it. Timone sings "Stand By Me" while Pumbaa tries to actually stand by him, and he gets assaulted in a variety of hilarious ways, including hot tar and bees and stuff like that. I wish I actually owned The Big Green, simply for the short. it's that worth it, I'm telling you the truth. If you don't know who Timone and Pumbaa are, they are from Disney's The Lion King.
