Near the beginning of the film when Dr. Van Ee goes to the window to investigate the tapping noise, he takes the stethoscope out of his ears twice in succeeding shots.
The dead woman tells the story in flashback but in most of the incidents she tells of she was not present, so she would have no knowledge of what happened.
Cameraman's shadow is clearly visible on the walls several times throughout the film.
