After the first Tarzan's yell, Harry has the gun on his right shoulder. Next shot he is holding the gun barrel with his left hand.
When Harry sits down on the ground in front of Jane, there is a campfire on his left side. In subsequent shots, which show him from the front, the campfire disappears.
When Jane falls in the precipice, she stays hanging in the rope, clearly in a free space. In following shots she appears with a boulder behind her.
When Tarzan first looks at his sleeping platform, the floor is covered with hides; however when he then climbs/swings over to it with Jane, the floor is just rows of sticks/branches.
On the tree, Jane holds the Tarzan's right hand to help him to sit. The next shot shows him sat, with the right hand leaned on the tree.
Wilderbeest, zebras, and antelope are plains animals and do not live in heavily forested jungle areas as shown.
In many scenes, you can see the trapeze bar Tarzan uses to swing through the jungle.
In addition to artificial ears, the elephants are also fitted with obviously artificial tusks. Not only are they angled oddly from the elephants' heads, but the tusks move when the elephants lower their heads to the ground to load or offload passengers.
Most of the shown elephants are obviously Indian elephants wearing artificial ears.
In the scene near the end of the picture, when the elephants are tearing up the village of the little people, elephants are wounded: one is shown running off to the right, acutely favoring its front leg - a tether can be seen, between the leg and the neck of the animal, forcing it to run on only 3 legs.
When Tarzan is first shown swinging from vine to vine you can make out a camouflage man catching him like on a circus trapeze.
Tarzan is stalked by a lioness in the trees. Lions rarely climb trees except to escape heat and insects or poach a kill of another predator.
Right after Tarzan kidnaps Jane it shows the two of them sitting in a tree. You next see a mother monkey grooming it's baby monkey in the tree. It is quite obvious that it is a human dressed up as a monkey just by the actions and looking at the head-wear as well as the rest of the large monkeys in that scene.
While swimming across a river, Tarzan gives off his full Tarzan yell while his head is completely submerged under water.
At 1:35 :07 as Neil Hamilton and Maureen Sullivan are riding back on the elephant a man in a fedora is seen at the bottom right hand side of the screen.
