I happen not to find Saunders funny, at all. More like edgy and sour as a jar of pickles. Therefore watching her in a comedy show can be tolerable only in homeopathic amounts and if well counterbalanced by an equally strong other personality. Here she is squared by Lumley, not counterbalanced, so the material just does not appeals to me. It definitely has its fanbase, thus series, but I do not enjoy watching a continuous trainwreck of a story, behaviour and irresponsible characters. More suited for lovers of quirky, edgy, dark(er) humour, I guess.
