Whatever it takes to make a bad movie--this film has it--bad acting, bad pacing, wandering storyline, scenes that aren't scenes at all. The worst of it is the actor portraying the mental patient who thinks he's Hitler--sooooBAD, bad bad overacting--extreme closeups of his face while he's chewing up the scenery--painful and embarrassing to watch--to what point? Ultimately this is the director's fault--nobody really seems to know what and how they are supposed to be doing.
