I thought I would give you an update on the current status of your email issue, after you have reported they are not able to send/receive emails, and are receiving errors on the mail transfer controller.
From the system we can see the vessel is running on its connection with a strong signal strength, and is not tracking in blockage.
The vessel is reporting an average amount of latency and 60% packet loss which could affect email send/receive.
We have asked the Network Team to investigate the issue from their side with the prospect of switching beams, which will eliminate potential issues from our side, before we login to the vessels PC via TV.
Once we receive word from the Network Team I will login to the team viewer session and recheck the email system.
