Lauren Megan Martinez was born in Southern California. As a child, she performed in a few school plays; but didn't really pursue acting until the age of seventeen. It wasn't until 2015, where she landed her first filming gig in MTV's Grossbusters' episode. Lauren has filmed in many American Film Institute student films, thus working with the same directors and producers who have offered her more work in the future.
