Imagine Dragons are one of the most popular music bands from the US. The group debuted in 2012 with the album Night Vision featuring the lead single It’s Time. The single brought wide fame and recognition to the band. Imagine Dragons consists of lead vocalist Dan Reynolds, guitarist Wayne Sermon, and bassist Ben McKee.

The group’s second album Smoke + Mirrors was released in 2015. This year, the album completes a decade. In celebration of this feat, the band has announced a special compilation edition of the album Reflections (from the Vault of Smoke + Mirrors) featuring 14 new demo tracks. A promotional single Monica from the album was released on January 27, 2025. The tenth-anniversary special album is slated to release on February 21, 2025.

Nle Choppa and Imagine Dragons are teaming up.

The 22-year-old rap superstar and the rock band joined forces for “Dare U,” out on Thursday (January 16), a groundbreaking collaboration which marks Choppa‘s first effort in the rock/alternative music space.

The defiant track is described in a release as “a battle cry for the bold,” and features an anthemic hook from Imagine Dragons frontman Dan Reynolds: “Dare u, dare u, say it to my face.”

Dan Reynolds has been touring the world all summer with his band Imagine Dragons and he’ll be on the road for a few more weeks before he gets a long break!

The 37-year-old singer was spotted enjoying some quality time with girlfriend Minka Kelly during a brief break from the tour on Saturday (October 5) in Los Angeles.

Dan and Minka, 44, were spotted on an afternoon date in L.A. before he had to drive down to the San Diego area for at Chula Vista’s North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre.

Imagine Dragons‘ Loom World Tour will continue with shows in the U.S. until the end of October and then the band will travel to Asia for a couple weeks in late November. The band will go to Europe in spring/summer 2025!

Rock band Imagine Dragons is midway through their 2024 Loom World Tour.

The tour was announced on April 22, 2024, and the tour’s namesake album, Loom, was released on June 28. Two days after the tour was announced, on April 24, three new dates were added due to overwhelming fan demand.

The tour kicked off on July 30 in Camden, New Jersey, shortly followed by a quick excursion to Toronto for a single show before the band returned to the U.S. for the remainder of the shows.

Dan Reynolds put his fit physique on display during his latest show with Imagine Dragons!

The 37-year-old singer went shirtless while on stage at his band’s Rock in Rio show on Saturday night (September 14) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Imagine Dragons is currently in the middle of their Loom World Tour and they took a break from the U.S. leg for the show in Rio. The tour will resume on September 28 and the band will continue traveling around the states through the end of October, wrapping the leg with four shows at Los Angeles’ iconic Hollywood Bowl.

The band will then play shows in Asia at the end of the year before traveling around Europe in spring/summer 2025.

System of a Down vocalist Serj Tankian has once again called out Imagine Dragons for playing a concert in Azerbaijan last September. Responding to the band’s recent defense of the show, Tankian went as far as comparing the gig to playing Nazi Germany.

Last month, Tankian said Imagine Dragons were “not good human beings” for playing Azerbaijan, prompting the band’s Dan Reynolds to respond in an interview with Rolling Stone: “I think that’s a really slippery slope,” he said. “I think the second you start to do that, there’s corrupt leaders and warmongers all over the world, and where do you draw the line?”

On Thursday (July 4th), Tankian answered Reynolds’ question in a lengthy social media statement. “Respectfully, I draw the line at ethnic cleansing and genocide,” he wrote. “Azerbaijan’s dictatorship with popular support was already into a nine-month starvation blockade of Nagorno-Karabagh qualified...

In a new social media post, System of a Down frontman Serj Tankian has doubled down on his criticism of Imagine Dragons.

Last September, Imagine Dragons performed in Baku, Azerbaijan, in spite of calls from Tankian and other musicians to cancel the concert. Tankian’s objections stemmed from Azerbaijan’s 2020 invasion of Nagorno-Karabakh, a mostly ethnic-Armenian region of Azerbaijan also known as Artsakh; the Armenian-American artist saw performing in the country as an endorsement of its authoritarian government, which has carried out human rights abuses.

Imagine Dragons frontman Dan Reynolds has faced a lot of pain and turmoil since the group released their most recent LP, Mercury – Act 2, back in 2022. His relationship with Nico Vega lead singer Aja Volkman, the mother of his four children, ended in divorce after 13 years of marriage. Out of the 14 matches Kkr played, they won 9 games and lost 3 of them. Srk’s team was also the first one to enter the finals.

The rock icons performed songs from Hackney Diamonds — including the Gaga-featured “Sweet Sounds of Heaven,” first single “Angry,” “Whole Wide World” and “Bite My Head Off” — hours before the album was released Friday morning. The Stones’ seven-track set also included well-known songs like “Tumbling Dice,” “Jumpin’ Jack Flash” and “Shattered.”

Hulu has set a July 14, 2023 premiere date for the Imagine Dragons documentary Imagine Dragons Live in Vegas. The documentary film examines the band’s roots via archival interviews with Dan Reynolds, Wayne Sermon, Ben McKee, and Daniel Platzman, along with performances from their current “Mercury Tour.”

The streaming service offers this description of the documentary: “Far from the days of playing in dive bars and casinos across the Las Vegas Strip, Imagine Dragons returns home to perform at the city’s largest stage, Allegiant Stadium, in a triumphant concert film that showcases the band’s rise to fame and the city that helped shape their sound.”

Imagine Dragons are prepping a new documentary centered around a special homecoming concert in Las Vegas, Imagine Dragons Live in Vegas.

The film will primarily feature footage from Imagine Dragons’ performance at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas last September. Mixed with archival and contemporary interviews with the band — Dan Reynolds, Wayne Sermon, Ben McKee, and Daniel Platzman — the movie will chronicle how Imagine Dragons went from playing dive bars and casinos around the Vegas Strip to headlining the city’s gigantic football stadium.

Imagine Dragons Live in Vegas will premiere on July 14 on Hulu.

Imagine Dragons have shared a short film for their song “Crushed,” which recounts the story of 14-year-old boy living in the Ukraine. Directed by Ty Arnold, the video follows Sasha as he walks through the wreckage of his village, which was occupied by Russian forces for five months and shelled.

The video has been released in support of the relief efforts led by UNITED24, the organization founded by President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The band is encouraging fans to donate to the cause here.

In solidarity with the Writers Guild of America (WGA) strike, the pop rock band’s lead singer Dan Reynolds and guitarist Wayne Sermon offered free entertainment outside Netflix’s headquarters in Los Angeles, reports aceshowbiz.com.

On Tuesday, May 9, the two musicians were spotted at the picket line. Equipped with guitar, speakers and microphones, they delivered some of their band’s hit songs, including ‘Radioactive’ and ‘Whatever It Takes’, in an acoustic way from a bench on the sidewalk.

Throughout Dan and Wayne’s performance, members of the WGA surrounded the duo. They sang along to some of the band’s songs as well as chanted ‘Imagine’ and ‘Dragons’.

Minka Kelly says it was a long journey to repair her relationship with her father Rick Dufay.

The Aerosmith guitarist wasn’t around for most of her childhood as he was about to embark on a tour with the band and wasn’t ready to be a father at the time she revealed in her memoir Tell Me Everything.

“My mom was on her own for a very long time, so she was just surviving and doing her best and maybe not totally well-equipped to have and raise a child,” she told People. “But she did it anyway because she wanted me and she loved me to the best of her ability.”

While her mother Maureen did reunite with Dufay for a brief period, the relationship didn’t last long as she moved into an on-again off-again relationship with a man named David who would act as Kelly’s father figure at times.
