After an explosive first season last year, the Shy anime adaptation will officially be back in action for Season 2 this July ! Chikomaru , a 4-panel manga that is popular on social media, is being adapted into a short form anime that is being published to the official Shogakukan-Shueisha Productions YouTube channel. Haruka Suzuki writes, directs and provides character designs for the series at animation studio Pie in the sky. Hana Sato provides the voice of the lead character, Chikomaru , while Tsuyoshi Koyama provides the voice of her downstairs neighbor, Kirin .
