Ke Huy Quan finds it "incredible" to be leading the cast of a film for the first time in 'Love Hurts'.The 53-year-old star takes centre stage in the action-comedy movie as Marvin Gable and says the chance to lead a movie for the first time in a 40-year acting career caps off an incredible two years that also saw him win an Oscar.Quan told Empire magazine: "It's incredible. I never thought I would one day see a trailer with the Universal Studios logo before it, and then the movie be advertised with my name."Honestly, everything that has happened in the last two years, I never thought would happen. It feels great."He added: "But also, stepping into this movie, I knew what being number one meant, because I've seen it."I've seen how Tom Hiddleston (his 'Loki' co-star) does it. I've seen how Harrison Ford does it.

Disney’s one of the major releases during its post-animation renaissance was the animated 2002 film, Lilo & Stitch. Filmmaker Chris Sanders conceived the idea for the genetically engineered alien creature Stitch in 1985. The film was a huge success and spawned several direct-to-video films and television series. In 2025, the popular franchise will be receiving a live-action/CGI adaptation.

Mike Flanagan made a name for himself in Hollywood as a horror filmmaker, and while he has a range of filmographies exploring this genre, he’s proven that he isn’t confined to it. His latest work, The Life of Chuck, was adapted from Stephen King’s 2020 novella, and he reiterated that this is not a horror story.

It’s easy to see why people usually assume that everything Flanagan creates is a horror film. He has a fondness for adapting King’s works to the screen, and the author is revered in the line of horror fiction. Titles such as Doctor Sleep and Gerald’s Game were Flanagan’s projects based on King’s best-selling books.

A current Marvel Cinematic Universe performer recently spoke about how they were originally up for the titular role in Captain America: The First Avenger, and now I really want to see the two performers on screen together in their respective roles. While Captain America has been replaced by Sam Wilson, whose film will have many first on-screen appearances for Marvel characters including Red Hulk, Chris Evans is confirmed to return to the universe soon. Following this, I believe it would be possible to see him onscreen with this incredible villain who nearly had his role.
Many actors were nearly cast in MCU roles through the years. Some of the most well-known include Emily Blunt's Black Widow, Tom Hiddleston's Thor, and Zooey Deschanel's Wasp, although there were many more. As the years go on, it is interesting to see actors come forward to discuss roles that they nearly had.

So, Prime Video being what it is, it has a large library of content, and also some of the best spy shows you can find, and that’s what inspired us to compile a list of the best spy shows you can watch on Prime Video right now.

Stephen King is probably the most popular horror author of all time. A very prolific author, King has released a series of books, the majority of which are under his own name, and most of them belong to the horror genre.

Did Keanu Reeves endanger a crew member in John Wick 4? ( Photo Credit – Instagram )
Keanu Reeves, who’s basically Hollywood’s nicest guy, found himself in a major on-set accident, all while shooting one of the wildest action movies ever.
The film, packed with insane car chases, nunchucks, and just about every type of action you could imagine, took a physical toll on everyone involved. But Reeves kept his cool, despite the chaos. “Everyone is pretty tired—but it’s the best kind of tired,” Keanu said. “It’s like you climbed a mountain now you’re resting.” Sure, Keanu, but let’s get back to that head-cutting bit.
Reeves confessed, “I made a mistake once—I cut a gentleman’s head open.” No big deal, right? Yikes. But that wasn’t the only mishap. One poor soul actually got hit by a car. “He was in the car, so...

Scarlett Johansson revealed on Dax Shepard’s Armchair Expert podcast that Joaquin Phoenix couldn’t handle it, even after filming his own part. Despite the awkwardness, Her became a major hit and award winner.
The infamous moment? Johansson’s character recorded an orgasm, and the entire thing became a weird challenge for Phoenix. According to Johansson, they tried to get through the scene, but Phoenix was losing it. “He was like angry… he had already filmed the scene, and now he was with me in this weird theatre,” Johansson recalled. “The lights are low, and Spike is there… it was so bizarre.”
And Phoenix couldn’t handle it. “He was so upset about it. He left the studio,” Johansson shared. “Now I’m in this box by myself, and I’m like, ‘I can’t do it alone.

Kevin Hart’s Back-End Salary Strategy ( Photo Credit – Instagram )
Here’s the secret behind Kevin Hart’s massive Hollywood paycheck: it’s not about what you see on screen but about what happens before the cameras roll. While most stars sign up for big upfront paydays, Hart’s got a different playbook. His genius move? The back-end deal.
Take Jumanji: The Next Level (2019), a film that made over $800M globally. Kevin didn’t grab a fat paycheck up front. Instead, he bet on the movie’s success, taking less money in exchange for a cut of the profits. And guess what? That gamble paid off big time. Hart told James Corden, “If I had to make a rough guess… see, I’m a ‘back end player,’ so it’s not about what you take upfront. I don’t want upfront money for the movie, so I took less money and...

Keanu Reeves as Neo in The Matrix ( Photo Credit – Flickr )
Hold up, Keanu Reeves has just dethroned everyone else in Hollywood. We’re talking about the actor who’s raked in more money from a single franchise than anyone in history. No, not Tom Cruise. Not Will Smith. Keanu. The Matrix franchise has stacked those zeros for him, coming in at a jaw-dropping $156M.
So, how did Keanu level up in the earnings game? It all started with The Matrix (1999). The flick flipped the sci-fi world upside down, with Keanu playing Neo. With a modest $63M budget, the movie blew up with a massive $467.2M at the box office. But it wasn’t just the revolutionary special effects or mind-bending plot that made waves—it was Keanu’s paycheck.

Harrison Ford's Red Hulk has enough potential to be a recurring character after his introduction in Captain America: Brave New World, unlike many other MCU villains. Thaddeus Ross' MCU story took a while to reach its climax. Ross' journey began in 2008's The Incredible Hulk, was put on hold until 2016's Captain America: Civil War, and briefly resumed in 2021's Black Widow before Red Hulk appears on the scene in 2025's Captain America: Brave New World. In retrospect, Thaddeus Ross' transformation into Red Hulk may have been inevitable despite Hulk's lack of a solo movie and Ross' required recasting following William Hurt's passing.
Ross sides with the Leader and the Intelligencia to transform into the Red Hulk in the comics, but that doesn't seem to be the case in Captain America: Brave New World. Instead, Harrison Ford's President Ross appears to be an involuntary guinea pig for the Leader's experiments.

Tom Hiddleston's comments on Loki's motivations throughout his MCU arc raises questions about the God of Mischief's villainous nature. Tom Hiddleston's Loki is one of the first MCU villains and one of the characters with the most screentime. Across five MCU movie appearances and two seasons of his own Disney+ series, Loki's MCU journey went through many drastic changes. Loki was Thor and The Avengers' main antagonist, then Thor: The Dark World and Thor: Ragnarok's secondary hero, Avengers: Infinity War's first major casualty, and finally Loki season 1 and season 2's heroic protagonist.
Both in the comics and in Norse mythology, Loki is a deity with no defined allegiances. Loki can torment Thor and the rest of his fellow gods (the Aesir) one day and help them stop a threat the next. The Norse Loki kicks off the events that lead to Ragnarok, but he's also the...

A new image sees Sebastian Stan recreate an iconic moment from Captain America: Civil War with a talented cosplay artist masquerading as Tony Stark's Iron Man in the MCU. Since making his debut in 2011's Captain America: The First Avenger, Sebastian Stan's Bucky Barnes has been at the center of Marvel Studios' Captain America storylines. He was initially the best friend, sometimes adversary and eventual ally to Steve Rogers' Captain America, and then fought alongside Sam Wilson's Star-Spangled-Man, and has contributed to some of the McU's most iconic moments.

Years after the first season of the BBC spy drama The Night Manager aired, season 2 was officially announced with Tom Hiddleston returning. Based on the book by MI6 intelligence officer turned novelist John le Carré, The Night Manager was adapted for the small screen by Hanna creator David Farr and directed by Bird Box helmer Susanne Bier. The series brought together some of Britain’s finest acting talents with Tom Hiddleston playing Jonathan Pine, a luxury hotel night manager and former soldier who is roped into infiltrating arms dealer Richard Roper’s (Hugh Laurie) inner circle.
The first season of The Night Manager received widespread critical acclaim on both sides of the Atlantic and the series went on to win three Golden Globes, two Emmys, and three BAFTAs. Although the first season covered almost all of John le Carré’s novel, the success of The Night Manager left viewers wanting more.

More than a year ago, Loki’s journey in the Marvel Cinematic Universe seemed to reach its perfect conclusion. After dodging an early plan to kill him off in Phase 2, Thor’s adopted brother completes a transformation from villain to reluctant hero, sacrificing his freedom to save countless lives. But his story didn’t stop there.
In Loki Season 2, we saw him ascend to an entirely new role as the God of Stories, sitting on a throne at the center of the multiverse. This heartbreaking twist tied together his entire character arc, even fulfilling Odin’s prophecy of Loki ruling from a throne.
While there’s no sign of a third season, his return feels inevitable, especially with the Multiverse Saga heading for its big finale. One of the more surprising hints about Loki’s future may come from What If…? Season 3. Tom Hiddleston didn’t appear as his main Loki,...

Warning: This article contains Spoilers for What If...? season 3
A little over a year ago, Loki's story in the MCU came to a perfect end. Having survived original plans to kill him off completely in Phase 2, Thor's adoptive brother ran the full spectrum from villain through anti-hero to bona-fide hero as he saved billions of lives by trading his own freedom.
In Loki season 2's ending, the God Of Mischief ascends to a new role as God Of Stories, on a throne at the heart of the multiverse. The twist is the heartbreaking culmination of Loki's entire arc, as Tom Hiddleston's anti-hero reclaimed his own story and brought Odin's prophecy about his son sitting on a throne to reality. There's currently no hint that Marvel plans to make Loki season 3, but that doesn't mean he shouldn't be back in one of the McU's future releases. In fact,...

The Night Manager's return year has been set. The BBC One show, which aired on AMC in the United States, premiered in 2016 and follows Jonathan Pine (Tom Hiddleston), a British ex-soldier who manages a hotel in Cairo and is approached for an undercover mission to bring down arms dealer Richard Roper (Hugh Laurie). In April 2024, the surprise announcement was made that The Night Manager season 2 and season 3 had both been renewed simultaneously as a BBC and Amazon co-production, with Hiddleston set to reprise his role.
Per The Hollywood Reporter, The BBC has confirmed that The Night Manager season 2 is set to premiere on BBC iPlayer and BBC One in 2025. While the exact date has not been revealed just yet, their report also confirms that Olivia Colman and Alistair Petrie are set to return alongside Hiddlestone, reprising their respective roles as Foreign Office task force manager Angela Burr and Roper's associate Lord Sandy Langbourne.

What If…? might have started out as a great concept to explore alternate realities and story arcs in the MCU, but there has been a sharp decline in that concept due to multiple reasons. While it introduced some brilliant characters into the Marvel multiverse, such as Captain Carter, T’Challa Star-Lord, and Sinister Strange, it sort of fell off the table of interest when it decided to pursue an overarching narrative instead of the multiple stories that the series could have explored.
What If…? || Credit: Marvel Studios
One such story that fans would have loved to see is a grander take on key moments in the MCU history. Such as, What If The Avengers Lost to Loki, What If The Other Half was snapped in Infinity War, or even more cerebral takes, like What If The Avengers Won Against Thanos the first time around?

Stephen King and Mike Flanagan's 2025 movie continues to receive more praise. Flanagan has adapted multiple King stories and is in the process of adapting more of the acclaimed author's works as well. King's 1992 novel Gerald's Game was adapted by Flanagan in 2017, with the movie's cast led by Carla Gugino and Bruce Greenwood. In 2019, Flanagan also helmed a film adaptation of Doctor Sleep, the sequel to King's iconic horror novel The Shining.
Since 2022, Flanagan has been confirmed to be developing a television series adaptation of Stephen King's Dark Tower. While there was a Dark Tower movie released in 2017, it was poorly received by critics and general audiences, leading to Flanagan working on developing a more faithful rendition of King's beloved book series. Flanagan is also developing an eight-episode miniseries adaptation of King's first published novel, Carrie, for Amazon. While there have been multiple movie adaptations of Carrie, this will be...

Well... that was quite a premise.
What If...? Season 3 is almost halfway through its run — but even if we have yet to see five more episodes of the Disney Plus series, I'll call it right now: Episode 4 will be the weirdest one. As has been the case multiple times in the show before, audiences are presented with a brand new scenario that doesn't originate from a pre-existent event in a live-action Marvel Cinematic Universe project.
Instead, it's a completely original concept that dares to ponder the question: What if Doctor Darcy Lewis fell in love with that one character who had two cameos in the MCU?
Howard the Duck and Doctor Darcy Lewis have a baby
This tale begins right after Darcy and Howard meet at one of Thor's parties in Las Vegas (a story told in another What If...? episode from the first season). The two quickly fall in love,...

What If...? season 3's fourth episode isn't Christmas-themed, but it's certainly unlike anything else we've seen from Marvel Studios and Marvel Animation.
Taking us back to the "What If... Thor Were an Only Child?" reality (we're sure you all remember Party Thor), it's revealed that Howard the Duck and Darcy Lewis fell in love after meeting in that episode. They tied the knot and Earth was forever transformed after many of those visiting aliens chose to stick around.
Howard and Darcy had a baby, though with the former being a duck and all, it initially takes the form of an egg. The Watcher suggests the child within has an important destiny but everything seems pretty normal when Topaz shows up and invites the trio on The Grandmaster's cruise.
Yondu watches from afar and is clearly interested in the egg. The Grandmaster, meanwhile, treats Mr. and Mrs. the Duck like royalty...

In the first season of What If…? Thor tore up Vegas in a party state. In the process, human Darcy (Kat Dennings) met duck-alien Howard the Duck (Seth Green). During the wild Vegas weekend, they fell in love, leading to the events of “What If… Howard the Duck Got Hitched?” The sequel episode brings the same silliness one would expect from a Howard the Duck story. However, you might need to tune in to “Howard the Duck Got Hitched” for later consequences in the What If…? storyline. While “What If… Red Guardian Stopped the Winter Soldier?” brought a buddy team-up to life, “What If… Howard the Duck Got Hitched?” is far weirder.

Loki, the God of Mischief, has been one of Marvel’s most interesting and complex characters, as he has razor-sharp wit and a multi-faceted persona that viewers adore. Mark Hamill explains why The Life of Chuck surprised him. Tom Hiddleston might be heading to a galaxy far, far away. According to insider DanielRPK, the actor is being eyed for a major role in one of the upcoming Star Wars films.
While official details remain under wraps, this news has sparked excitement and curiosity among us fans.
There’s already speculation about what kind of character Hiddleston might play. One rumor gaining traction is that he could portray a young Emperor Palpatine.
This idea has been fueled by fan-made posters showing Hiddleston in the iconic Sith robes, looking every bit the part of a cunning and powerful Dark Lord.
However, it’s important to note that these are just fan creations, and nothing has been confirmed by Disney or Lucasfilm.

Tennessee Williams sets Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, his 1955 play about sexual repression, at a cotton plantation on the Mississippi Delta. You can feel the heat in director Rebecca Frecknall’s production at the Almeida Theatre starring a scorching Daisy Edgar-Jones as Maggie, the cat in question, who does all in her power to jolt her inattentive husband, Brick — played superbly by Kingsley Ben-Adir — out of his self-inflicted stupor.
The play opened just a few days ago and there’s already chatter about it transferring into the West End, most appropriately, next summer, and Edgar-Jones must be persuaded to move with it, along with Ben-Adir, Lennie James’ powerful Big Daddy and Clare Burt’s cotton-headed Big Mama.

Around midday the love of my life and I got engaged in the kitchen of this strange apartment full of porcelain ducks, with a bloke outside the window murdering “My Way” on the accordion. A perfect start to the rest of our lives together. I’d never...

What If...? returns with its third and final season this weekend and Marvel Animation has today shared the episode descriptions and credits for every episode.
There are some significant reveals here, though the biggest is Mysterio's role in "What If...The Emergence destroyed the Earth?" With the planet no more, it appears Quentin Beck finds a way to take charge of what's left; could a Spider-Man: Far From Home retcon be in the works establishing him as a Multiversal threat?
We wouldn't bank on it but in this reality, he must have survived the events of that movie and become more than just a con man out to steal Tony Stark's technology.
Beyond that, most of these episodes sound like fun, throwaway adventures and a couple really stretch the "What If...?" premise. However, the final two episodes sound pretty monumental and could have a major impact on the...

This post contains a Preview for Tva #1
Spider-Gwen is technically now part of the MCU canon, albeit in a pretty complex way. Following the events of Loki season 2, Tom Hiddleston's titular God of Mischief destroyed the Temporal Loom and freed multiple timelines. This sacrificial act has led to a new era for the Time Variance Authority under the leadership of B-15 and Agent Mobius to monitor and protect all these new timelines. However, it seems as though they've also brought some fresh faces on board, such as their new recruit Ghost-Spider aka Spider-Gwen.
As seen in the new preview for Tva #1 by Loki season 2 writer Katharyn Blair and artist Pere Pérez, Spider-Gwen is now officially part of the Time Variance Authority, having received their assistance after her recent displacement from her home timeline of Earth-65. Likewise, the new preview confirms that the Tva is the same MCU version...

Marvel Studios has introduced us to plenty of beloved characters over the past 16 years, but few have been quite as beloved as Loki. Tom Hiddleston's playful, mischievous, and deadly trickster made his way into fans' hearts and minds with his very first appearance in 2011's Thor, and they just haven't been able to shake him since. He's intoxicating in such a way that only Loki could be.
The character has undergone two redemption arcs now and that's mainly because there have been two versions of him in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The first one truly evolved from villain to hero and sadly met his end at the hands of Thanos in a sacrifice to protect his brother Thor. The second was a variant ripped from a timeline who didn't get the chance to evolve after his Avengers villainy but found a new way of redeeming himself by sacrificing his...

The undead have been part of pop culture for centuries; vampires are the king of monsters. From folk tales, to novels, and then TV and film, these mysterious immortals have fascinated the masses for as long as they've been around. Even the most underrated vampires have a very special mythology to them that draws audiences in. Having forever at their fingertips, yet also relying on killing in order to maintain it poses so many fascinating dilemmas to explore. Vampires have been portrayed as evil bloodsucking monsters and conflicted romantic heroes, and the most powerful movie and TV vampires can manipulate and enthrall.
There's also so much lore that gets changed around depending on what fits a particular story, which allows the vampire characters to develop all kinds of personality traits dependent on their limitations. In some stories, they can't go out in the daylight, making their lives fully nocturnal and limited.
