Ava Max is back with her brand new song “Lost Your Faith” and she’s opening up about the message behind the song.

This is Ava‘s first new song of the year and marks the launch of her new musical era.

Ava says that the song has “a message, one that I feel I’ve been called to deliver and perform.”

“A message of love, that no matter how late we feel it may be, there is still time. A message of hope, that no matter where you are in life, there is still a way to grow and evolve. To be reborn,” Ava said in her statement (via Rolling Stone). “The pain pushes you inward, forcing you to confront yourself in a way you never have before. The new track opens with Max singing, “It’s getting darker on the road we’re on, I know, I know/It’s getting harder to believe in us, I know, I know,” before declaring in the chorus: “You used to hold me in a holy place, but now you’ve lost your faith.”

Pop superstar Billie Eilish became the latest performer hit by a flying object – seemingly a necklace or bracelet – tossed by an apparently overenthusiastic and certainly moronic audience member.

The “Kings & Queens” pop superstar returned Friday (September 20) with her latest dance-pop banger: “Spot a Fake” – and it’s got a very personal meaning!

The track, about recognizing one’s worth and rejecting insincerity, is described in a release as her “most personal” anthem to date, detailing her “story of betrayal and broken girl code. Inspired by moments that shook her inner circle, the song celebrates self-worth, authenticity, and the resilience to move forward.”

What Is Kygo’s 2024 Tour?

Kygo’s next tour kicks off in Colorado in September. North American dates continue through mid-October, with the tour hitting cities like Boston, Chicago, Austin, and Seattle. Notably, Kygo will play shows in venues included the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, MD, and Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY.

From there, Kygo will head to Europe in November — the 2024 trek will hit Berlin, Amsterdam, Milan, and more cities. The European leg of the tour wraps in Dublin in mid-December.

Florence Pugh was hit in the face by a flying object during an appearance at Ccxp 2023 on Sunday.

The actress was onstage with her fellow Dune: Part Two stars when an object was thrown in her direction, seemingly from the audience, and hit her in the face, according to videos circulating online.

In the videos, Pugh can be seen flinching and saying something that may have been “wow” or “ow” before putting her hand to her face and leaning over to pick up the object. It’s unclear what it was that hit her.

Among those joining her on the panel were stars Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya and Austin Butler, as well as writer-director Denis Villeneuve. Chalamet and Butler can be seen expressing surprise in the moment. Zendaya and Villeneuve appear to have missed the moment as they were engaged in conversation.

The 29-year-old “Without Me” singer and the 31-year-old Victorious actor coordinated outfits for the Imaginary Dinner and Party hosted by Off-White and Farfetch Beat on Wednesday evening (November 15) at Delilah in Los Angeles.

Upwards of 175 actors, musicians, authors, comedians, reality stars, models, media personalities, academics, activists and more have signed the open letter spearheaded by Reading Rainbow host LeVar Burton and published Tuesday via public advocacy organization and political action committee MoveOn Political Action.

The letter encourages signatories and readers to address challenges at the local level across U.S. school districts, while calling out book bans as “restrictive behavior” that is “antithetical to free speech and expression.” It also underscores the “chilling effect” these bans can have “on the broader creative field.”

Nick Jonas is among the many artists that have had enough of fans throwing things on stage.

The singer was performing at the Jonas Brothers gig in Sacramento, California on Monday when he dodged items chucked at him as he belted out the band’s song “Rollercoaster”.

He attempted to catch them and smiled, but he was adamant that fans shouldn’t throw anything else at him.

Jonas told the crowd “stop” a few times, before he carried on singing the track.

Over the weekend, a video of Maluma catching a crutch (that’s right, a crutch) midair while performing “Mojando Asientos” went viral. In the video, originally taken on Aug. 31 during a stop in Sacramento, Maluma is seen singing the Feid collab’s lyrics before he spots the flying item coming from the audience and puts out his arm to catch it.

After catching it, Maluma couldn’t help but laugh at what a strange item it was to throw on stage.

Ariana Grande has broken ties with longtime manager Scooter Braun and Hybe, Rolling Stone can confirm.

“Scooter’s team is spinning the story. Ariana is leaving both Scooter and Hybe,” a source close to the situation says. “There is absolutely no truth to her staying.”

Sb Projects did not immediately respond to Rolling Stone’s request for comment.

The news of the pop star’s split follows recent news that Demi Lovato parted ways with Braun’s Sb Projects after working together for four years and is seeking new management.

Scooter Braun’s manager era may be coming to an end. After a tumultuous week of reports suggesting many of Braun’s A-list clients were seeking new representation, a source close to Sb Projects tells Rolling Stone that while some of those clients are still under contract, Braun is preparing to further transition into his role as CEO of Hybe America.

“All of Scooter Braun’s clients are under contract and negotiations have been going on for several months” as Braun focuses more on his Hybe role, the source says.

A source close to the Tony-winning star tells The Hollywood Reporter she parted ways with the talent manager in January after announcing in 2019 that she’d signed with him.

The past few days have been dramatic for Braun: News of Demi Lovato parting ways with the talent manager broke Monday, and last week Puck News reported that Justin Bieber was looking for new management. Shortly after, Braun’s team said the report was false. Rumors about Ariana Grande leaving the manager after a decade bubbled online this week, and J Balvin parted ways with Braun in May.

Demi Lovato has parted ways with talent manager Scooter Braun, with whom she signed in 2019.

Billboard reports that Lovato is seeking new management after splitting with Braun last month. Representatives for the singer and Braun didn’t immediately reply to The Hollywood Reporter’s requests for comment.

Braun’s Sb Projects manages Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Ozuna, Dan + Shay and Ava Max, among others. The news comes days after Puck News reported that Bieber was looking for new management; shortly after the story broke, Braun’s team said the report was false.

J Balvin parted ways with Braun in May, after signing with the manager in 2019.

Under Braun’s direction, Lovato released 2021’s Dancing With the Devil…the Art of Starting Over and 2022’s Holy Fvck. Both albums struggled to launch a hit on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. She was previously managed by Phil McIntyre of PhilyMack.

The incident happened during the latest Jonas Brothers concert in Toronto. A video from the event showing Nick being struck by the wristband has gone viral.
