Chrissy Seaver is the youngest child on the 1980s family sitcom Growing Pains, and three actors played this character throughout the show's seven seasons. Ashley Johnson is the actor who is most associated with this role, as she portrayed the character in the final two seasons. The series follows the daily life of Dr. Jason (Alan Thicke) and Maggie Seaver (Joanna Kerns) and their four children with storylines about popularity, school dances, and Maggie returning to the workforce as a reporter. While Growing Pains is often as corny as other '80s sitcoms, Jason begins working as a psychiatrist from home and wants his wife to work, which sets it apart.
Chrissy was Johnson's first credited acting role, and she continued to act in sitcoms such as Phenom, Maybe This Time, and Maybe The Kellys in the 1990s and 2000s. Recently, the actor was cast as Anna in the HBO...

Need to catch up? Check out the previous Quantico recap.
By the end of this week’s Quantico, the final one featuring two timelines, we know this much is true:
The mastermind behind the terrorist attack at the G20 summit was Lydia.
Alex and Ryan are very much in an “off” phase of their on-again, off-again romance.
Harry likely is never going to get the justice he’s chased all season.
Owen definitely is one of the good guys. (At least, for now.)
The damage Lydia did is going to take a new team of FBI and CIA agents to handle…...

Alan Thicke, who died Tuesday at the age of 69, was widely known for his starring role as Dr. Jason Seaver on Growing Pains — but it was a role he almost didn’t get.
When the role first came up, Thicke was coming off the failure of his 1983 syndicated late night talk show Thicke of the Night — which was meant to rival Johnny Carson’s The Tonight Show but ended up being canceled within its first year. His reputation damaged, Thicke was worried the show’s demise might have actually marked the end of his on-camera career.

I'm guessing Quantico Season 2 means double the time jumps, yay!
On Quantico Season 2 Episode 1, we had to endure quite a few time jumps within the first five minutes. I honestly stopped counting them after the third one. To make matters even better, we mixed things up with some location jumps as well.
News flash: I don't care where all these people were recruited from.
Instead of getting the blood pumping for a brand new conspiracy, the premiere served as a reminder of what went wrong the last time around. Confusing time jumps? Check. Ryan and Alex drama? Check.
We're even back in training, which was boring and felt rushed. You could never really get comfortable in whatever the test was that the recruits were going through because as soon as you start to understand what's going on, we jump to another storyline.
While sitting through slightly different training doesn't sound like a lot of fun,...

Sounds like Jeremy Miller had a little something to numb those growing pains. Miller, who starred as Ben Seaver on the sitcom “Growing Pains,” appears on an upcoming episode of “Oprah: Where Are They Now?” to reveal that he began hitting the bottle when he was barely out of diapers — and that bottle wasn’t filled with milk. “I began drinking at 4 years old,” Miller says in a clip for the episode. “My grandparents used to throw a lot of parties, and I would run around after the parties and finish off all the empty beers. So that was my first.

The Force is definitely strong with this one. Jeremy Miller has spina bifida, and his (very cool) dad turned his wheelchair into an awesome Star Wars snowspeeder for Halloween. He looks like he'd fit right in during the Battle of Hoth in The Empire Strikes Back. Gotta love those functioning blasters (with Nerf dart action).
The family takes Halloween pretty seriously — last year, the dad turned Jeremy's wheelchair into Captain America's motorcycle. How cool is this?

Show me that smile again! It's been 30 years since we met the Seavers on "Growing Pains" in 1985 -- don't worry, we feel old too -- and we're celebrating the milestone by taking a look back at the show's cast to see what they've been up to for the last three decades. The series, which ran for seven seasons, followed the lives of psychiatrist Dr. Jason Seaver (Alan Thicke), his wife, Maggie (Joanna Kerns) and their family. Jason took care of the kids: ladies man Mike (Kirk Cameron), book worm Carol (Tracey Gold), wild child Ben (Jeremy Miller), youngest daughter Chrissy and, for a little while, a homeless boy played by Leonardo DiCaprio. Since starring in the beloved '80s series, Thicke went on to appear on "Hope & Gloria," "jPod," "The Bold and the Beautiful" and "How I Met Your Mother." The 68-year-old actor is currently starring in his own reality show,...

Growing Pains star Jeremy Miller recently opened up about his battle with alcoholism and the medical implant he says has helped keep him sober.
Jeremy Miller Talks About Alcoholism
Miller starred as Ben Seaver, the youngest son in the Seaver family, on Growing Pains from 1985 to 1992, and took some time away from acting after the show ended. Instead, Miller reveals he began binge drinking after the show ended. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Miller says he would start every day with a trip to the liquor store and drink until he passed out.
At his lowest moments, Miller admitted that he considered suicide, saying, “There were probably a few nights it was awful close. I’m glad I did not own a gun, because I hated myself so thoroughly, I would have done something very stupid.”

Growing Pains star Jeremy Miller found fame very young - but he also battled alcoholism when the cameras stopped rolling. Speaking to Entertainment Tonight's Brooke Anderson, Miller described having his first taste of alcohol early on in life. "My grandparents actually tell a story about how at 4 years old I would run around after their parties and clean up everybody's beers," he said, making a swigging motion. After his family sitcom ended in 1992, Miller, now 37, left the spotlight. But his drinking became so bad that he'd head to the liquor store first thing in the morning and would drink until he blacked out.

"Dancing with the Stars" Season 18, week 2 double elimination: Scores and dances
In week 2 of "Dancing with the Stars" Season 18, the pressure hits for the first time -- two couple begin and dance through the show, already the victims of the first elimination. Here are all of the scores and dances for the March 24 episode.
Drew and Cheryl are declared safe at the beginning of the episode, before their dance.
Drew Carey and Cheryl Burke
Dancing the jive
Drew is very into this competition. He's far from the best competitor, but he may be the most committed to his performances.
Bruno: "You're so in tune with what the public wants!"
Scores: 7+7+7 = 21
Billy Dee and Emma are safe. (Apparently, this makes Diana Nyad angry) So are Meryl and Maks. Danica and Val also are in the safe club.
This must be awful for the remaining dancers.
Danica McKellar and Val Chmerkovskiy
Dancing the samba
Yellow.
