Was originally going to star in Enigma (2001), but the producers found that Kate Winslet was available. She was paid her full fee of £300,000 and appeared in The Novice at the Almeida Theatre instead.
Graduated from the Guildhall of Music and Drama school (London) in 1994.
She lives in east London.
