Despite that one Instagram pic where Amber Rose called estranged hubby Wiz Khalifa her "#ManCrushEveryday" back in April, it appears she's found a new tatted rapper to swoon over. The video vixen turned model stopped by Real 92.3 to chat with radio host Big Boy about her new book How to Be a Bad Bitch. Rose says the book reveals all the mistakes she's made so "other girls don't have to," her former relationship with the father of her young son Sebastian and diving back into the dating world with new beau Machine Gun Kelly. When asked if she was seeing the rapper exclusively, Rose admitted, "We're just getting to know each other. He's a really...

Machine Gun Kelly (real name Colson Baker) is very outspoken about his dislike for fame and the spotlight, so there's a bit of irony to be found in his relationship with Amber Rose. The rapper and model started dating in April but have played it very cool, especially since Rose Instagrammed a photo of herself with her ex, Wiz Khalifa, calling him her "#ManCrushEverday." So this relationship could definitely come as a surprise to many. Mgk opened up about his growing relationship with the model in an interview with Hot 97 and how it all came to be. "Everything was completely natural," he said. "It wasn't anything I had expected or had planned or anything like that. You know when the...

Wiz who?! Amber Rose is dating rapper Machine Gun Kelly, multiple sources confirm to Us Weekly. The rapper, whose real name is Colson Baker, was first spotted picking up the former model from JFK Airport in New York City — a major gesture of intimacy! — on Monday, April 27. One day after swooping up his girl, the “Invincible” artist dined with Rose and two other friends at NYC’s Sweet Chick Les. According to an eyewitness, Kelly led Rose into the restaurant with his arm draped around [...]...

Only one day after the Season 5 premiere and with no ratings to report, Showtime announced that "Shameless" has been renewed for a sixth season of 12 episodes. Production on "Shameless" Season 6 will begin later this year and, as usual, "Shameless" will return in early 2016. "The viewer loyalty and critical acclaim over the last five seasons has made 'Shameless' one of our signature series," blurbs Showtime Entertainment President David Nevins. "This incredible collection of writers and actors have created a show truly unique in the television landscape." "Shameless" is looking to build off the momentum of a fourth season that many feel was the show's best. In addition to making my Top 10 for the first time, "Shameless" swapped from Drama to Comedy Emmy fields and that switch has led to Emmy and Golden Globe nominations for William H. Macy, previously shut out for recognition. As you've perhaps read in other stories this afternoon,...

I'm not immediately sure what news might come out of Monday's (January 12) Television Critics Association press tour executive session with Showtime Entertainment President David Nevins, but Nevins is usually good for a frank glimpse into what's happening at the network. So click through and follow along. 2:15 p.m. Pt. Showtime has already given us Krispy Kreme and candy, so we may be wired for David Nevins. 2:20 p.m. I'd forgotten the possibility of "Twin Peaks" stuff here. 2:21 p.m. Nevins says this is arguably the best time to be involved with premium cable and to be covering it. He says he has no details to announce about over-the-top. But he says the network's biggest strength is the "richer, broader, more diverse slate of series." He'd giddy about Showtime Golden Globe nominations and Emmy nominations. And, of course, "The Affair" won two Golden Globes last night. He thanks...

Though his new album, Neon Future, just released this week, Steve Aoki is already looking ahead to his next project, Neon Future Part 2. Set to drop in early 2015, the disc will be a continuation of his latest studio effort and like Neon Future, it will contain a bunch of exciting collaborations.
While the DJ is usually keen on reaching outside the Edm genre for help on his tracks, enlisting the likes of Machine Gun Kelly, Travis Barker and Kid Cudi, to name but a few of his past collaborators, for Neon Future Part 2 he’ll be going straight to one of Edm’s most sought after vocalists, Matthew Koma.
The two artists recently performed a show together in Montreal back in May, so I suppose that this shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise. Plus, as I said above, Koma is extremely popular in the genre these days,...

The last few months have boasted a fair amount of impressive album releases from various artists populating the Edm scene. From up-and-coming sensation Porter Robinson’s spellbinding debut Worlds, and deadmau5’s epic While (1<2), some of the most lauded names in the industry are peppering store shelves and iTunes carts with fresh new releases. Today, another of EDMs heavy-hitters joins the party, as raft-riding and cake-tossing DJ Steve Aoki’s sophomore studio album, Neon Future, sees its release.
It’s tough to build flow in an album when there are only 10 songs, but when you factor in that Neon Future, Aoki’s second foray into the more commercial studio album game, features an ambitious intro and outro track (cutting the total track length to a paltry eight), the task becomes that much more difficult. The original members of the Ramones may all be dead now, just like the music they played, but man do they and that music still sound great in a movie trailer. This time it’s “Cretin Hop” over part of the new teaser trailer for Punk’s Dead: Slc Punk! 2, a sequel that we’ve been waiting to see come to light for the last year. This is proof that it’s looking like a worthy follow-up for all the fans of the 1998 original. Of which I am definitely one. Still, in punk rock fashion, it ends with a proper “Fu” directed right at all of us. This first spot also shares a good indication of what the plot entails. It’s 2004 and “Heroin” Bob (Michael Goorjian) is indeed still dead, but he apparently is still cursing us out from the afterlife. Meanwhile, he’s left behind a very pretty son (Ben Schnetzer) who is now about...

There’s an open discussion about nostalgia happening now where participants either decry our reliance on it based on Buzzfeed Gif-sticles and co-opting major studios, or vaunt a highly personalized flavor of hazy memories by looking uncritically at the past. Then there’s Punk’s Dead: Slc Punk! 2, an attempt at opening the wounds of the 90s cult classic and rooting around inside. Like the mohawked engine that could, the production has taken a successful crowdfunding campaign (no doubt fueled in part by nostalgia) and converted money into moving images — some of which director James Merendino saw fit to share with us. The second coolest image is from the concert scene where now-older characters reconnect. Merendino used the IndieGoGo money to bring Screeching Weasel and anyone who donated at least $10 to the cause together for a show that scored over 1,200 participants. Cleveland rapper Machine Gun Kelly gave a powerful tribute to Detroit's most famous rapper before his show on Tuesday night.
Kelly, who is signed to Bad Boy Records and Interscope Records, appeared on the front steps of St. Andrews Hall in downtown Detroit, along with two guitarists, to deliver a powerful acoustic rendition of Eminem's "Lose Yourself" (see above).
That single, released along with the Eminem biopic "8 Mile," has become a Motor City anthem.
St. Andrews, which also hosts the underground venue called The Shelter, is one of the venues where Eminem first made his name as a rapper.
The two hip-hop artists share a few similarities. Like Em, Machine Gun Kelly is a white rapper from a Midwest city going through some hard times. His rapid-fire delivery is similar to that of Marshall Mathers. In 2011, MTV named Kelly their breakthrough Mc of the year.

Who is Olly Murs saving a seat for in this Instagab photo? Well, according to the Murs, his “X Factor” U.K. castmate Zayn Malik has a thing for motorized bikes.
“Zayn was tweeting about Vespas and how much he likes them and I heard him talking about it and I was talking to him about it and so I took the picture and I just tweeted him,” Murs told MTV News. “Zayn never replies, so kind of a waste of time.”
See Olly Murs’ scooter riding Instagram story!
So, even though we do not know much about these next Instagram photos, they grabbed our attention nonetheless and are MTV News’ five faves from the week:

Before today, many people might never have heard of the rapper Machine Gun Kelly. In fact, some might not have even heard of Microsoft stores. But following what might prove to be an expensive debacle at an Atlanta, Ga., mall, chances are that the two entities will be forever linked, albeit in the footnotes of tech retail history.
Machine Gun Kelly played a raucous gig at the Microsoft store at Lenox Square Mall on Friday, but organizers got way more than they bargained for. During his performance of "Hold On (Shut up)," Mgk hopped up on display tables that had several laptop computers on them and began stomping around and swearing.
Warning: Strong language follows.
"Fuck these computers and shit. Mgk's in this bitch," the rapper says in the video below. While the behavior is nothing surprising at a rap show, it appears that the Microsoft store wasn't prepared for it.

Rick Ross and Young Jeezy's ongoing feud got physical yesterday during a taping for the 2012 Bet Hip-Hop Awards. It started backstage but soon migrated to the parking lot, where the two musicians' entourages got involved. For a blow-by-blow, we'll hand things off to Funkmaster Flex, who was on the scene tweeting up a storm. 7:12 Pm: Jeezy and Rick Ross just had words backstage!! Pushing and shoving!!! 7:14 Pm: Beef just spread to the parking lot!!! 7:18 Pm: Shots fired in parking lot!!! Gunman arrested!!! Back to the show and Club later!!! Machine Gun Kelly, apparently in the mix, confirmed fallout from the brawl half an hour later: 7:51 Pm: Got mase [sic] in my eyes. That beef shit just got real outside. Meanwhile, the Atlanta Civic Center – where Bet was taping — was locked down and the police were called in. Except no arrests were actually made, TMZ...

Dmx, "Undisputed" (United Music Media Group)
It's been awhile since Dmx made headlines in terms of music. Instead, over the last few years, the once-great lyricist has been reduced to a tabloid target due to his many arrests, his drug issues and his disturbing appearances on reality TV.
"Undisputed," his first album of new material since 2006, likely won't change that. The rapper lacks the magic found on his previous efforts. His seventh release offers more misses than hits, and it seems as if the 41-year-old is past his prime.
Dmx's trademark growls, barks and ad-libs are found throughout the album. And for the most part, he still raps about his struggles overcoming his own self-inflicted mistakes as he prays for guidance.
But "I Don't Dance," the first single that features hip-hop newcomer Machine Gun Kelly, is one of the album's most lackluster pieces of work – by Dmx's standards. And there...

So, MTV2's late-night rap remake of celebrity game show oddity Hollywood Squares debuted last night! And as promised, Ghostface, Mac Miller, DJ Khaled, Donald Glover (who, for the purposes of this television show, is identified as Childish Gambino, a designation we resist), Fat Joe, an annoyingly hyperactive Machine Gun Kelly, and some other, less famous hip-hop-adjacent individuals were all on hand to answer highly sexualized trivia questions in the hopes of helping randos win money. Honestly, it was kind of amusing! We can't imagine watching more than one full episode — how many times can you watch a civilian grad student wink uncomfortably at Khaled? — but the show actually had its moments, like when Ghostface got to say the words "I'm going with my heart. I feel it's a cat." And we learned things! Almonds are not real nuts, it turns out. And a pig's junk is shaped like...

New York — On his 1986 classic "Eric B. is President," the great Rakim famously rapped "Mc means move the crowd," and last night the 2012 Xxl Magazine Freshman class did just that — well, the bulk of them anyway.
On Monday night, the rap mag, in conjunction with sponsors like Monster Energy Drink and Reebok, held its annual rookie concert, showcasing Machine Gun Kelly, French Montana, Future, Danny Brown, Hopsin, Macklemore, Roscoe Dash, Iggy Azalea, Don Trip and Kid Ink.

After its $155 million box-office opening, "The Hunger Games" pulled off the rare double-play by landing its soundtrack at the top of the Billboard 200 charts in the same week. "The Hunger Games: Songs from District 12 and Beyond," sold 175,000 last week, according to figures provided by Nielsen SoundScan.
The compilation, which features songs by Taylor Swift with the Civil Wars, as well as tunes by Maroon 5, the Decemberists, Miranda Lambert, Arcade Fire and Kid Cudi, sold just enough copies to once again keep Adele at #2, where her tenacious 21 sold another 130,000 copies.
After a five-year hiatus, the Shins returned with their fourth studio album, Port of Morrow, which landed at #3 (74,000), while rowdy hip-hop collective Odd Future debuted at #5 with Of Tape, Vol. 2. The...

Machine Gun Kelly relishes the underdog role, but the Cleveland, Ohio, rapper racked up another serious win on Tuesday (March 20) when he dropped his Half Naked & Almost Famous Ep on Bad Boy Records. The five-song digital release marks Mgk's first major-label release and serves as a warm-up for his official debut LP.
Tracks like the riot-starting "Warning Shot" and the J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League-produced and soul-bearing "See My Tears" help balance out the quick fix, but the Ep's anchor is its first single, "Wild Boy." Initially Mgk was skeptical about leading his charge with the Waka Flocka-assisted track, but Diddy talked him into it. "He was the one who encouraged 'Wild Boy,' he encouraged the whole thing.
