A Time to Celebrate

Like a true blue soap couple, for Geary (ex-Luke) and Gama, the week of Valentine’s Day doubles as the week of their wedding anniversary. The two married six years ago in February, and also met 30 years ago on an unknown date in February. Earlier in the week, Gama got candid on Instagram about his and Geary’s big week.

Gh was first to reveal that Stamos (ex-Blackie) presented Moore (ex-Jackie) with the award for Best Actress at the AARP Awards for her role in The Substance. The two were captured reuniting on the red carpet, where they shared smiles and hugs.

Stamos and Moore shared the screen back in 1982 when they played Blackie Parrish and Jackie Templeton. Neither have returned to Port Charles to reprise their roles, but while Moore’s character has since been recast with Kim Delaney, Stamos’ character is only mentioned every once in a while. Son of My Right Hand

Tracy (Jane Elliott) was a pretty bad mother to Ned (Wally Kurth). She shipped him off to boarding school at every opportunity. Tracy vowed to do a better job with Dillon. She tried for a couple of years when he was a little boy. But then, once he hit the no longer as cute and actually had opinions, well, that was the end of that.

Dillon got shipped off as well and only came to reunite with his mother in Port Charles as a teenager.

General Hospital’s Luke and Laura are so legendary that many fans can tell you exactly where they were when they watched the couple’s wedding. Their son Lucky followed in their footsteps and had an incredibly romantic story of his own. Will it continue?

Back Together Again?

Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) and Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) fell in love as teens and, like all teens, thought it would last forever. Although they were on and off for years, things were never the same after he was held hostage by Helena (Constance Towers) and presumed dead. That may be because Jackson didn’t always play him. Greg Vaughan and Jacob Young are great actors but many fans didn’t see them as the “real” Lucky.

Lucky was gone for a long time and Liz moved forward without him. She raised her boys and had other relationships, including Franco (Roger Howarth) who she truly loved.

General Hospital is known for its spy stories and capers. Recently, many of our favorite characters have taken it upon themselves to go undercover to catch the bad guys. Will they be more successful than the Pcpd?

Clearing A Name

When patients began dying at Gh, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) took the fall as the Head Nurse. She and Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) knew that someone else was to blame and took it upon themselves to find the culprit. It wasn’t difficult to discover that all signs pointed straight to Cyrus (Jeff Kober).

The former couple works well together and teamed up to dig for evidence in the files at Turning Woods. Lucky distracted the doctor while Liz got the paperwork. Too bad he didn’t come up with a wacky character like his dad Luke (Anthony Geary) was famous for.

Doing It For Her Guy

Josslyn is chasing the same killer as Lucky and Liz.

According to USA Today, publicist Rachel Harris announced that the actor passed at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center. Cole’s representative said he died “peacefully this morning, surrounded by loved ones, after living a full and vibrant life.”

“Beyond his career, Michael Cole will be remembered for his warm and generous spirit,” a statement provided by Harris read. “Known among friends and family for his wit, charm, and boundless compassion, he brought joy to every room he entered.

“A storyteller at heart, he had a way of making those around him feel special, often regaling them with anecdotes from his Hollywood days or sharing wisdom from his remarkable journey.”

Michael Cole, who starred as Pete Cochran on the hit counterculture drama Mod Squad and later played Harlan Barrett on General Hospital during a 50-year acting career, has died. He was 84.

His reps at Bmf announced the news, but did not provide details.

Born July 3, 1940 in Madison Wi, Cole was one of the three young hippies-turned-cops alongside Julie (Peggy Lipton) and Link (Clarence Williams III) in Mod Squad, which debuted in September 1968 on ABC. “One White, One Black, One Blonde” read the promo materials for the series, which was aimed at a youthful audience during a turbulent time. The trio was given a choice: fight crime or be sent to jail themselves. They chose the former, under the tutelage of Capt. Adam Greer (Tige Andrews).

Executive produced by Aaron Spelling and Danny Thomas, Mod Squad tapped into the zeitgeist of the late ’60s, portraying a positive image for the counterculture...

After Geary’s heartfelt farewell in 2015, he made a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it return in 2017 when Luke reunited with Tracy (Jane Elliot) after she left Port Charles. The couple was assumed to be happily together until Tracy’s 2022 return coincided with Luke’s supposed death at the hands of Victor (ex-Charles Shaughnessy).
