Ken Jennings wants viewers to know that the Celebrity Jeopardy! he hosts isn’t the same as what viewers see on Saturday Night Live.
SNL has famously parodied the special installment of the gameshow with some of their famous contestants, including Sean Connery, Katie Lee Gifford, Robin Williams, and Catherine Zeta-Jones.
Various SNL stars make their impressions of famous people, typically in a hilarious fashion.
They’ve even parodied one of their beloved cast members, as they had Jimmy Fallon appear as a fake Adam Sandler during the 1998 episode’s sketch.
While the parody often portrays celebrities as dumb, Ken praised the recent group of celebrities competing on the real-life Celebrity Jeopardy! he hosts.
“This is like legit. These folks are smart. A lot of them were broadcasters, stand-up comics. We had Neil deGrasse Tyson,” he said Tuesday on Good Morning America.

John Ridley, the screenwriter behind features like 12 Years a Slave, Needle in a Timestack, and Ben-Hur, and comics like Gcpd: The Blue Wall, The Other History of the DC Universe, and Black Panther, wants to break into the Isaac Asimov business. Deadline announced today that Ridley will adapt Asimov’s 1954 sci-fi novel Caves of Steel, otherwise known as the first installment of the prolific author’s Robots series. Joining Ridley to help create a draft of the script is Marvel’s Luke Cage alum Cheo Hadari Coker.
Here’s a synopsis for Isaac Asimov’s Caves of Steel courtesy of Amazon:
A millennium into the future two advancements have altered the course of human history: the colonization of the galaxy and the creation of the positronic brain. Isaac Asimov’s Robot novels chronicle the unlikely partnership between a New York City detective and a humanoid robot who must learn to work together.

Exclusive: John Ridley, the Oscar winner behind 12 Years a Slave, is developing a feature take on Isaac Asimov’s 1954 sci-fi novel The Caves of Steel for 20th Century Studios, Deadline can reveal.
Ridley plans to direct Caves of Steel, having written the most recent draft of the script with Cheo Hodari Coker, the multi-hyphenate best known for creating Marvel’s recent Luke Cage series.
A landmark work of science fiction, which is the first in Asimov’s Robot series, The Caves of Steel introduces readers to a future Earth where humanity has retreated into vast, domed cities — known as the “Caves of Steel” — to escape the harshness of the outside world. The story follows Elijah Baley, a New York City detective who is reluctantly partnered with R. Daneel Olivaw, a humanoid robot, to solve the high-profile murder of a “Spacer” scientist. As Baley navigates the investigation, tensions arise between Earth’s overcrowded, robot-wary society and the more advanced Spacer civilizations, which embrace robotic integration.
Previously, BBC adapted the novel for television, with radio and game adaptations also emerging. Sources said Ridley’s film may also take inspiration from The Caves of Steel‘s sequels, The Naked Sun and The Robots of Dawn.
For Asimov, the Robot series captured a longtime interest in artificial intelligence, which produced his influential “Three Laws of Robotics.” Introduced in his 1942 short story “Runaround,” these laws have become a framework for discussing AI ethics and the challenges of programming intelligent systems to interact safely and effectively with humans.
Asimov’s “Three Laws” are discussed in I, Robot, the 2004 film starring Will Smith, which took inspiration (and its name) from the Russian-born author’s collection of short stories, published in 1950. One of the most prolific and influential writers in the history of science fiction, Asimov is also well known for his Foundation series, exploring the rise and fall of civilizations across a galactic empire, which inspired the Apple series, heading into its third season. Notably, he also co-wrote 1992’s The Positronic Man, which was adapted into the 1999 film Bicentennial Man starring Robin Williams.
Ridley won an Oscar for writing Steve McQueen’s 12 Years a Slave, earning three Emmy nominations for his work on American Crime, the anthology he created for ABC. Most recently, he wrote, directed, and produced Shirley, a biopic of the United States’ first Black congresswoman, Shirley Chisholm, for Netflix, which starred Academy Award winner Regina King. As a director, his other credits include series like Five Days at Memorial, Godfather of Harlem, Guerrilla and Let It Fall: Los Angeles 1982-1992, as well as 2013’s Jimi: All Is by My Side. Ridley is also known for his work with DC Comics including “The Other History of the DC Universe,” “Gcpd: The Blue Wall,” and the recently released “Justice League: The Atom Project #1.”
Most recently writing on and co-producing Paris Barclay’s doc Billy Preston: That’s the Way God Planned It on the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee of the same name, Coker has also worked on films like Notorious and Creed II, along with Southland, Ray Donovan and other series.
Ridley is repped by Brillstein Entertainment Partners and Rohner Walerstein; Coker by CAA and Literate Management/Production.

Jules Feiffer, the Pulitzer Prize-winning cartoonist who also wrote occasionally for the stage and screen, including Mike Nichols’ film “Carnal Knowledge” and Robert Altman’s “Popeye,” died on Jan. 17 at his home in upstate New York. He was 95. Feiffer’s wife confirmed to the Washington Post that he died of congestive heart failure.
Feiffer was a cartoonist with the Village Voice for more than 40 years until 1997.
His first connection with the film business came with the Oscar-winning 1961 animated short “Munro,” based on Feiffer’s story — a parable about the mindless military mentality in which the title character, a 4-year-old, is drafted.
Feiffer adapted his own play “Little Murders,” a dark satire about life in New York that had been briefly staged on Broadway in 1967, for the 1971 film of that name directed by Alan Arkin and starring Elliott Gould. Roger Ebert gave the movie four out of four stars and said,...

Did movies for kids peak in the 1990s? It's entirely possible. We arrived at this question after sifting through piles of our old VHS tapes to produce a list of the best '90s kids' movies, noting the amount of high-quality entertainment we had to choose from. Make no mistake, this was a hard list to assemble and required more than a few heartbreaking sacrifices. Even cherished Walt Disney productions like "Mulan" and "Tarzan" were left on the outside looking in, which speaks volumes about the last great decade. "Beethoven?" Nope. "Rookie of the Year?" Nadda. "Angels in the Outfield?" Non. The Lindsey Lohan "Parent Trap?" Nein.
Thankfully, the films that made the final cut are genuinely excellent. So, don't get too mad if your favorite children's flicks are nowhere to be found. Chances are, we love them too but had to make room for those that were marginally better.

Was Robin Williams severely underpaid for voicing the genie in Aladdin? ( Photo Credit – Wikimedia )
For context, Robin Williams’ usual price tag for a film was a cool $8 million. So, what in the name of all things magical could make him drop his usual hefty paycheck for such a small cut? The answer, my friend, is pure heart.
Per New York Magazine back in 1993, Williams had one goal in mind when he took the pay cut: “I wanted to leave something wonderful behind” for his kids. And he didn’t want the Genie to be just another cash grab. He had a hard-and-fast rule: No merchandising. “I don’t want to sell stuff,” he said, keeping his voice, and his magic, pure. He didn’t want the Genie to be plastered on lunchboxes and t-shirts. He wanted the character to stand on its own, unaffected by the capitalist grind.
And honestly?...

The first movie that Christopher Nolan made for a big Hollywood studio is still the most underrated film of his career — and even the director himself agrees. Ever since his groundbreaking Batman reboot made him a household name, Nolan has practically been a franchise unto himself. Along with Quentin Tarantino, he’s one of the only filmmakers whose name alone can attract huge crowds to movie theaters. No one else could make a blockbuster out of a three-hour biopic of a physicist, but Oppenheimer became Nolan’s highest-grossing non-Batman movie (and third highest-grossing film overall).
Nolan is one of the only directors left who can command a nine-figure budget for an experimental original story. He earned enough trust with Warner Bros. to get them to commit as much money to movies like Inception, Interstellar, and Tenet as they would a reliable comic book movie. Nolan’s next film, a star-studded adaptation of The Odyssey,...

Christopher Nolan crafts cinematic puzzles that fry your brain in the best way possible. But even the genius behind Inception and The Dark Knight had his fair share of haters, claiming he’s all brains and no heart. Enter Interstellar — a space odyssey that slapped those critics sideways with one gut-wrenching, soul-baring scene unlike anything Nolan had ever done.

Director George Miller is best known for the Mad Max series of films, but his singular Oscar win actually came from a different franchise altogether, Happy Feet. With Mel Gibson in the titular role, the original Mad Max debuted in 1979 to critical acclaim and a successful box office run. As a result, Miller, who also served as co-writer, joined Gibson in achieving mainstream recognition. This led to several more Mad Max movies being released across the years.
The most recent of those was Mad Max: Fury Road, which came thirty years after the Tina Turner-starring third outing, Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome. The movie saw Tom Hardy take over the titular role from Gibson. And he was joined by the likes of Charlize Theron as Furiosa, a character that would later receive her own prequel. During the 1980s and 1990s, Ghanaian artists created vibrant hand-painted movie posters to promote Hollywood blockbuster films. These posters served as promotional material for mobile cinemas that flourished in Ghana between the 1980s and 2000.
These wildly imaginative posters were a testament to a once-thriving industry: the “Ghanaian Mobile Cinema.” This industry emerged in the late 1980s when Ghanaian entrepreneurs established video clubs. Equipped with televisions, VCRs, VHS tapes, and portable generators, these entrepreneurs traveled throughout Ghana, setting up makeshift screening areas in villages with limited or no electricity. These video clubs also operated more permanent theaters in major cities like Accra, Cape Coast, and Kumasi.
The unique aspect of these posters lies in the fact that the artists were given very little information about the films they were illustrating because often times they did not have access to watch the movie being painted. In addition they had little access to...

Steve Carell’s departure from The Office was undoubtedly a blow to the sitcom. After his seven-season-long run as the Regional Manager of Dunder Mifflin, the team had to find a replacement and it was certainly not an easy feat. In walked Will Ferrell and let’s just say that the critical reception of his character was underwhelming and fans weren’t too fond of Deangelo Vickers either.

Ben Stiller still struggles to wrap his head around why he was such a beloved comedy movie star in the late 1990s and 2000s.
The actor-producer-director, who reached a new level of success thanks to his comedic roles in There’s Something About Mary, Meet the Parents, Tropic Thunder and Zoolander, among others, recently looked back on that time in his career during a recent conversation on The New York Times‘ podcast The Interview. However, he also recalled not everyone being his biggest fan.
“I remember opening up the L.A. Times, and there was this writer who wrote a letter: ‘Dear God, stop putting Ben Stiller in comedies,'” he recounted. “I was just like, I don’t know, I’m here, I love doing what I do.”

The best Alan Tudyk movies and TV shows include a strong mix of comedy and action roles and a career full of animated voiceover roles. Tudyk got his start in the entertainment industry in 1997 when he picked up a role in the independent film 35 Miles from Normal, which earned him more attention, including a role in the Robin Williams film Patch Adams, where he played one of the patients in that medical comedy-drama. He got his biggest notice thanks to his supporting role in Heath Ledger’s A Knight’s Tale in 2001.

Ben Stiller was the latest guest on The New York Times’ “The Interview” podcast and admitted that he still doesn’t understand why he became such a popular comedy movie star in the late 1990s and 2000s. When I was a kid, I wanted to watch every Alison Lohman movie I could find. The actor may not be a household name, but throughout the 2000s, she starred in some of the most interesting films being made, often opposite more experienced stars like Michelle Pfieffer, Nicolas Cage, and Ewan McGregor. Lohman always played characters younger than herself, and I mentally categorized her alongside other teen stars of the moment like AnnaSophia Robb and Keke Palmer -- even though she was born in 1979.
Sometimes, Lohman was cast as a cherubic beauty, but other times she played thornier characters, including troubled teens, child con artists, and, perhaps most famously, a "hag"-hating promotion-seeker. The actor had appeared in fewer than two dozen movies in her career, yet the majority of them were compelling in some way. Then, around 2009, she largely disappeared from the spotlight. An ordinary photo session in Infinity Nikki took a turn for the surreal when a nearby Npc sank into the ground in an odd but hilarious bug. The cozy world exploration title has many beautiful outfits to discover, but the highlight of this particular image isn't the outfit. Instead, the unfortunate Npc has captured viewers' attention.
The image that Reddit's MarinaBaay posted seems ordinary at first glance. "I finally got that dress everyone’s been talking about," writes the Redditor. "I think it looks cute." Movies based on true stories can be even more exciting than fiction, and there are dozens of classics which were inspired by real events. Some of the best movies ever made have taken their stories from real life, although there's still an incredible variety in these types of movies. Anything from war movies to biopics and sports movies can adapt true stories for the big-screen.
While it can be a surprise to find out that certain movies are based on true stories, this fact is often a key detail in a movie's marketing. People have a desire to see real-life stories, even well-known stories that they might know all about. In these cases, the appeal of the movie doesn't come from the twists and turns of the plot, but the way that the filmmaker recreates and reframes famous episodes from history. Anxiety, depression, addiction, suicidal ideations, cancer diagnoses — we’re not exactly in “take my wife, please” territory with some of today’s more adventurous comedians, who mine their occasionally harrowing personal experience for material. “Group Therapy” gathers half a dozen of them for a free-ranging discussion in front of cameras and a live audience, “hosted” by Neil Patrick Harris. This is not exactly the most profound forum for probing mental health, or comedy’s relationship to it for that matter. Still, Neil Berkeley’s slick feature offers considerable entertainment value in mixing ingratiating personalities, stand-up excerpts and serious issues … even if the result ultimately plays more like a high-concept TV special than a “documentary.”

We have seen that 2023 was a golden year for him. Oppenheimer, the historical thriller about the creation of the atomic bomb, shattered records and became a cultural moment. But did you know it’s only his third highest-grossing Nolan film? That’s the magic of the British filmmaker.
Christopher Nolan
He weaves mind-bending tales that dive deep into life’s big questions—yet somehow, everyone still shows up. Hard to believe, but Nolan pulls it off every time.

Robin Williams’ performance as the antagonist in Christopher Nolan’s harrowing Insomnia earned the comedian some of the best reviews of his career. “Williams reminds us that he is a considerable dramatic talent,” wrote Roger Ebert. Slate’s David Edelstein called his performance “shockingly effective,” while Empire said, “Williams delivers his best straight performance yet.”
But you can’t expect a guy like Williams to keep a straight face for long. Between takes, the fast-riffing comedian broke into his usual antics, bouncing off the walls and entertaining the tech folks with improvised characters and celebrity impressions. But one guy on set wished Williams would have given it a rest. That’s director Nolan, who was trying to create a moody murder mystery while Williams was telling penis jokes.
“He was very much Robin Williams,” Nolan told the Seattle Post-Intelligencer. “He likes to perform. He could see I wasn’t receptive to his comedy between takes,...

When Bill Maher was a young stand-up comic, he wasn’t looking to get into sitcoms. “But when I started,” he told Dana Carvey and David Spade on the latest Fly on the Wall podcast, “the template was, well, you get on The Tonight Show, you do your little six minutes, little monkey goes out there and makes people laugh. Good clean material. And then you get a sitcom like Robin Williams did and Roseanne and Freddie Prince and Tim Allen.”
Spoiler alert: Maher did not turn into Robin Williams or Roseanne. But that doesn’t mean he didn’t get his opportunities. He told Carvey and Spade about his shots at sitcom stardom that fizzled shortly after liftoff.

Robin Williams is best known for his film comedies, such as Mrs. Doubtfire and Aladdin, but when asked about his own prized performances, Williams leaned toward more dramatic work. Forget Mork & Mindy – here are six roles that the comic named as his favorites, as reported by Far Out…
1 Dead Poets Society
According to the Williams biography, Robin, Dead Poets Society was originally slated to be directed by Jeff Kanew, the auteur behind Revenge of the Nerds. Williams didn’t see the story as a comedy and wouldn’t commit until Peter Weir signed on to direct. Williams identified with the story’s plot about a young man who dreams of becoming an actor but is opposed by a stern father who wants him to be more responsible. “It talks about something of the heart and of pursuing that which is a dream — and in some cases, to a tragic end,...

Comedy has always been an extremely popular genre of cinema. It has consistently offered audiences a chance to laugh and escape from the troubles of daily life, with both slapstick classics and witty, dialogue-driven powerhouses achieving similar, dopamine-rushed results. Humor driven films have produced timeless gems that continue to resonate today, with few cinematic genres boasting such a rewarding appeal. As the world has just recently been greeted by 2025, now is the perfect moment to revisit some of the best comedy movies of all time that have just celebrated their 20-year milestone of life after release.
Comedy in 2005 was an era of its own. It rolled out numerous effective gut-busters while also flexing its deep variety, as shown through films like Wedding Crashers, Robots, and The Longest Yard. These films not only brought laughter but also checked off different boxes of comedy, striking an imperative balance between clever humor and heartfelt moments.

Years before Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson starred in his own Jumanji films, Robin Williams' classic comedy got an even better sequel in a completely different movie. Since the original Jumanji was released in 1995, it has become an absolute classic. The film retained so much of its popularity that it was rebooted in 2017, when Dwayne Johnson's Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle hit theaters. Johnson's legacy sequels proved so popular that they garnered well over $1 billion at the global box office, and Jumanji 4 was recently confirmed. Despite their success, however, Johnson's Jumanji movies aren't the best sequels in the franchise.
Johnson's Jumanji movies are a lot of fun and great in their own right, and they're even among the best Dwayne Johnson movies out there, but they've still been outdone. Interestingly, Jumanji has an often-forgotten spinoff movie that recaptured the same magic Robin Williams did in 1995. It was so good, in fact,...

As you may be aware, working with Chevy Chase isn’t always the most pleasant experience. He famously brawled with Bill Murray during an episode of Saturday Night Live, prompted director Chris Columbus to quit National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation and alienated the entire cast and crew of Community so badly that the writers decided that he was fired from the show and his character killed off (we later find out that Pierce Hawthorne literally jizzed himself to death).
But what about on the set of the beloved ‘80s comedy Three Amigos? Although he feuded with director John Landis, Chase seemed to get along with stars Steve Martin and Martin Short, at least enough to occasionally reunite over the years. Then again, Short and Martin did essentially replace him with Selena Gomez.

The appearance of Napoleon in movies has resulted in everything from historical epics to love stories and fantasy epics to madcap comedies. Napoleon Bonaparte was the Emperor of France who earned this role thanks to his success as a military leader as he roared across Europe conquering several countries during the French Revolutionary and Napoleonic Wars. His success was short-lived, as he ended up in exile, where he died six years after losing his position. As with many famed historical military and political leaders, Napoleon has been used in several movies.
His story, featuring his rise to power, incredible military success, and eventual fall from grace in France, has been told since the silent era of films and as recently as 2023 when Ridley Scott set his sights on telling his story. However, thanks to his diminutive size and the use of the term “Napoleonic complex,” he has also been used...

Disney can often attract big names to appear in their animated movies, even if they are only offering a minor role. This means that some A-list actors and Oscar-winners have obscure roles in Disney movies that fans could easily miss. While the stars behind the biggest characters are usually publicized, like Dwayne Johnson in Moana and Robin Williams in Aladdin, it can be hard to recognize other actors based solely on their voices.
Disney's old classics generally don't have many recognizable names, because Hollywood's brightest stars weren't interested in animation and studios preferred dedicated voice actors anyway. The trend of casting high-profile actors in animated movies is a relatively recent one, starting in the 1990s and accelerating throughout the 21st century. These days, it's common for an animated movie's cast to be filled with A-list talent, but many of these actors can go unnoticed.

The best George Miller movies are mostly known as the Mad Max films. However, the Australian filmmaker has also had success with family films, a biographical drama, and several dark fantasies. In recent years, Miller has become more prolific, helming Three Thousand Years of Longing while directing more movies in his Mad Max franchise, including Fury Road and the 2024 release Furiosa. Miller’s first work as a director was the short film Violence in Cinema: Part 1, which was met with mixed responses from critics and audiences when released in 1971.
The film examined elements of cinematic violence, which Miller then used in his feature directorial debut, Mad Max. Although he has since proved capable of making successful films in various genres, the dystopian action movie released at the end of the 1970s established Miller as a filmmaker confidently able to orchestrate narratives of awe-inspiring spectacle. Robin Williams is one of the most iconic comedic actors of all time, but it's his performance in an underrated thriller 22 years ago that could well be his very best. Throughout the '80s and '90s, Williams made a name for himself as a prolific actor, turning out some of his best movies during that time, and cementing himself as a comedic legend. His performances in Good Will Hunting, The Fisher King, Aladdin, Mrs. Doubtfire, and Good Morning, Vietnam were all equal levels of genius; just to name a few.
Robin Williams was a larger-than-life character on the big screen, delivering some of the most commanding performances of all time, and doing it in a variety of genres. He was incredible at comedy roles, of course, thanks to an irrepressible commitment to ad-libbing, but Williams was so much more than a jovial clown an actor. Dead Poets Society tackles the struggles of students from an all-boys school dealing with the pressure from society by following their passion, and there are several Dead Poets Society quotes elevating the movie. 1989's Dead Poets Society stars Robin Williams as an English teacher who spreads the love of poetry to his class, many of whom are drowning under their parents' expectations. The movie is a strong drama, masterfully written and directed, and it earned Williams an Oscar nomination for Best Actor, a change of pace for the man who mostly performed as a comedic actor over his career.
The movie also earned an Oscar nomination for Best Picture and Best Director (for Peter Weir), but it was the script by Tom Schulman that stood tall, with the screenwriter taking home an Oscar himself for Best Original Screenplay. Several inspirational lines can be found in the film that will surely ignite the writer in anyone.

When filming on the popular Christmas movie Elf wrapped, there was no Empire State Building snow globe or “Buddy the elf, wha’s your favorite color?” sweater for James Caan. Instead, the late actor received a sassy note as a wrap gift from his co-star Will Ferrell (Buddy).
James Caan didn’t find Will Ferrell funny on the ‘Elf’ set
Filming the 2003 Christmas comedy didn’t involve Caan, who played Buddy’s father, Walter Hobbs, constantly laughing at Ferrell’s jokes. “I like to do bits, but at the same time, I’m not like ‘on’ all the time,” Ferrell said during a July 2024 appearance on Christina Applegate and Jamie-Lynn Sigler’s “MeSsy” podcast.
Caan, who died in 2022, simply didn’t think the Anchorman star was funny, and he told him so. “In between setups, he’d be like, ‘I don’t get you. You’re not funny. You’re not funny,...

Dianne Wiest’s best movie and TV show roles highlight the career of a celebrated and legendary actor who is not quite a household name. Wiest began as a theater actor in the 1970s before stepping into movies and television roles, quickly finding success and cementing herself as a true talent. Over the course of her career, Wiest has won two Oscars and two Emmy Awards and received myriad other nominations for her wide variety of performances on the big screen and the small screen.
Wiest has been known for playing soft-spoken and gentle characters, but she is also known as a comedic talent, holding her own on-screen with some of the funniest actors of all time, including Steve Martin and Robin Williams. She has worked with big-name directors like Tim Burton, Ron Howard, and Woody Allen, while also joining television shows that range from gritty dramas to hilarious sitcoms.

Robin Williams’ geek credentials were well-known, but the late comedian surprised comic book creator Michael Allred when he wore a Madman T-shirt during his appearance on HBO’s Comic Relief. This appearance cements Williams’ comic book fandom for all time and shows how deep his love for the medium really went.
Posting to Instagram, Allred relates how Williams was a big fan of Allred’s signature character Madman, to the point where he wore a T-shirt of the character during the Comic Relief V benefit show on HBO in 1992.

Writing that he had previously heard Williams was a big fan of the character, Allred was still thrilled to see the comedian rocking some Madman apparel on TV. Wearing a T-shirt of a cult character like Madman shows how deep Williams’ fandom really went, as Allred’s character had only...

Because sometimes, Christmas movies are better with a little adult fun.
Everyone loves a wholesome Christmas movie… but if you’re looking for something that goes a little harder (like the rum in your eggnog), there are plenty of adult comedy Christmas movies to check out. I’m talking f-bomb dropping, alcohol drinking, and club-dancing adult fun. So, what’s the best streamer for that kind of holiday? The answer is two-fold. The best free streamer for adult comedy holiday movies is definitely Tubi, while my paid streamer pick is Paramount+, both with different offerings. Here’s what you need to know to have an adult laugh this holiday season.
Everything you need to know about the best streamers for adult comedy Christmas movies:
What popular adult comedy Christmas movies can you watch on Tubi?
What holiday adult comedy movies does Paramount+ offer?
What other adult comedy Christmas movies are out there?...

This weekend, director Barry Jenkins brings the story of Mufasa to life through the live-action style popularized by the 2019 The Lion King. It was an unusual choice to craft a prequel to the popular franchise but also provided some distance from the straight-to-dvd sequels of the 2000s. With Mufasa: The Lion King, we’re seeing a return to the Disney sequels and Disney prequels of the past. It’s no longer confined to animation, but with features like Maleficient, Alice in Wonderland, and Lightyear, Disney continues to expand its franchises.
What was a very uncommon aspect of Disney for its first sixty years became popularized in the 1990s. Three decades later, we’ve seen the House of Mouse continue to roll out these films. With Mufasa: The Lion King releasing this week, here are 10 of our favorite sequels and Disney prequels. Out of fairness, we’re only including a single entry from each franchise,...
