I watched this on the KLM flight to Amsterdam from Buenos Aires, they had a bunch of Dutch films for perusal and I picked this one.
Sarah is in her thirties and single, married to the job and never takes prisoners with her no-nonsense attitude, she has only one friend and a loving family. She wants to be offered a partnership in the company she works for but because of her unpleasant attitude and personality, she is let go rather than offered a stake in the company and she has time to take her foot off the pedal and go for a few months to look after her aunties B and B in Groningen, a place where her family are from and where she spent her summers as a kid.
When you hear the clatter and banging from next door, you know that is who she will end up with in the end though the village where she ends up with has two suitable bachelors trying to win her hand which is what the film is about as well as Sarah decompressing from stress whilst learning what's important in life in the tranquillity of life in the top end of the Netherlands.
A perfectly pleasant film with a telegraphed script but that doesn't make it a bad or uninteresting film but you know what you're going to get. I watched to the end for what it's worth so if you come across it, give it a go.
