Colin White has been locked up in a state induced quarantine for several months due to a deadly global pandemic. In his isolation, he was cut off from the outside world and slowly went crazy. His delusions have slowly escalated to the point where he believes that he is the only one who has the ability to end the pandemic. He goes to the park to carry out his mission.
