General licence - EXD672(S) - permits movement of animals to a slaughterhouse located within a Scottish TCZ for immediate slaughter, subject to conditions including inspection, vehicle cleansing, insecticide treatment, direct routing and record-keeping. Breaches are a criminal offence.
