I enjoyed the "survivor" vibe of the book; juxtaposing a ballerina with the wilderness was a great contrast. And I loved that the characters were flawed, but not so flawed that I became frustrated with them and wanted to give up on the book.

The writing is quick and dialogue realistic & snappy. The author has done a great job putting the reader into the heads of the characters and feeling their joys, fears, frustrations and attraction for one another. I wish I could give this book 4.5 stars. On a 100 point scale I would give it a 90/100.

So even with their faults, I could understand their motivations and actions. It was refreshing and made for a fast read!
