Added system tests and removed
Watchfrom interface. Opened issue to re-addWatchsupport at a later date googleapis/google-cloud-python#15398.Additionally, made fixes to improperly mocked return types in
AsyncClient.list_documentsandAsyncQuery.stream.This PR is stacked on #123.
