Baby Massage 

A Specific Massage that  after careful assessment and analysis with client , I treat whats needed and I do not push the body beyond its limit. You will feel refreshed and see benefits. I choose to use many of the techniques that i have learnt in my 30 yrs as a massage therapist as well as using specific organic infused heated oils made by me. I may use ultrasound therapy for short bursts and always ask the client if they’re comfortable with me doing so.  Every appt is different so even though people recommend me many say  they cant explain what i do so we’ve (regular clients)  just narrowed it down to just one simple work ART. So I wont fight them , i can promise that i will give you the best of myself in you care. 

Specialised Massage

One of the most visible long-term effects of lymphatic drainage massage is the reduction in swelling, inflammation, and cellulite. The massage helps to reduce water retention, leading to a less bloated and slimmer appearance

Lymphatic Drainage 

A specific trauma gentle yet effective treatment, helps nervous systems to shift for the client to access oersonal trauma to heal. Each experience is different and each has different outcomes. Please enquire if you want more information 

Trauma Massage

Cranial work specifically targets nerves and facia in the cranial area. Noticeable changes are felt and noticed. Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on massaging technique. It uses a light touch to release tension around your body's connective tissue network, the fascia. CST promotes pain relief from headaches, neck pain, and the side effects of cancer treatment. I also do some facial reset via the mouth if the client feels comfortable with me doing so. 

Cranial Work

I will avoid deep tissue massage here and instead use light, relaxing and long strokes which help circulation. If you would like me to massage your pregnant belly, this is possible, but it will again be gentle, using long strokes, designed to make you feel comfortable, womanly and at ease

Pregnancy Massage

Reflexology may help you feel less stressed, more relaxed, and more energized. But the benefits might go deeper if you have certain health issues. Some people with medical conditions find that they feel less pain and discomfort if they have less stress, and reflexology may help with that
