You can connect your GetResponse account with FireBox by following the steps below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"background-color:#fff2d7\">The GetResponse integration is available in the <a href=\"https:\/\/round-lake.dustinice.workers.dev:443\/https\/www.fireplugins.com\/pricing\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"9095\">Pro<\/a> plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Connection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The very first thing you must set up is the connection between FireBox and GetResponse. button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 4<\/strong>: Give your API key a name so you can recognize it later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Step 5<\/strong>: Copy the API key and paste it into FireBox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Note: For security reasons, GetResponse only shows the API key once. If you close the window without saving it, or if the key expires or is revoked, you must generate a new one and reconnect FireBox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Integration Setup<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To set up the integration and sync your submissions with GetResponse, click into your Form block, head over to Actions, and check &#8220;GetResponse&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full has-custom-border\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"257\" height=\"435\" src=\"https:\/\/round-lake.dustinice.workers.dev:443\/https\/www.fireplugins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/firebox-getresponse-action-selected.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"has-border-color has-grey-3-border-color wp-image-16634\" style=\"border-width:1px;object-fit:cover\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you have checked &#8220;GetResponse&#8221;, a new panel should appear below &#8220;Actions&#8221;, named &#8220;GetResponse Integration&#8221;. This is where you set up your integration to allow your form to sync your submissions with GetResponse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full has-custom-border\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"255\" height=\"254\" src=\"https:\/\/round-lake.dustinice.workers.dev:443\/https\/www.fireplugins.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/firebox-getresponse-action-setup.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"has-border-color has-grey-3-border-color wp-image-16635\" style=\"border-width:1px;object-fit:cover\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">List<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Select the list to which all contacts will be subscribed in your GetResponse account. A complete list of all your GetResponse lists will be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Update Existing User<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enable Update existing user to update an existing GetResponse contact when the same email address is submitted again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you disable this option and an existing contact submits the form again, GetResponse will reject the subscription and the form will display an error message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Double Optin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enable Double Optin if your GetResponse subscription flow requires subscribers to confirm their email address before being fully added to your list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Email and Name Fields<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Email Field<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For FireBox to function properly and subscribe the user to GetResponse, the form requires an Email field. This email field must have the Field Name set to &#8220;email&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Furthermore, this email field must always exist in your form so your users can enter their email address, subscribe to your mailing list, and ensure the form functions properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Name Field<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To sync the contact&#8217;s name with GetResponse, add a text field and set Field Name to &#8220;name&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alternatively, you can use separate fields with Field Name set to &#8220;first_name&#8221; and &#8220;last_name&#8221;.
