Lovely lady served me in the new office on the ground floor. Entrr the station and turn left walking past all the platforms. When you have done this turn right and the new office is right there. Service was excellent and the whole process was completed quickly.

Good experience in general, and delivery experience in particular. The man who checked the car was kind, communicative and willing to listen. His collegue at the counter was late,so i had to wait for him for 20 minutes, and he spoke like a vending machine trying to sell me extra insurance i didnt need. We got almost brand new VW Polo, and the car delivered on Sardegna roads.👍

We have paid for a Fiat 500 manual transmission but instead we were given a new MG3 automatic transmission. 10/10

Autovia worked well for auto rentals. Its office at the Milano Centrale stazione is accessible from an outside door to the station, around the corner from Sixt. People are friendly. The cars for Autovia and most of the other car rental businesses are parked in a garage you can walk to a few blocks away.

Amazing service. The guy at the front desk was really helpful, taking the time to explaining to me what the best option for me was. Likewise the guy who looked at the car when given back. Recommended and def will go back to them.

We had a Kia Stonic, which wasn't quite what we expected but still great. Check-In was easy, Check-Out as well if you follow all the typical rental car rules.

We booked via Sunnycars and I was concerned after seeing the reviews, but we had a flawless experience. Picked up the car in Rome from 2 friendly ladies, got a nice free upgrade, and dropped it back in Treviso without any issues. Thanks!

Excellent experience with Autovia at Lamezia Terme Airport. The rental process was smooth.
After the rental, I realized I had left my phone in the car. The staff found it, communicated promptly via WhatsApp, carefully packed it, and helped with its return. The phone arrived safely home.
Professional, honest, and very helpful team. Highly recommended.

Very good car at a great price. The only areas for improvement are that the car could have been a little cleaner, and my €100 security deposit was not released until I contacted them by email to remind them. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would rent from them again.

Maria was super helpful and took the stress out of organising a car last minute. She not only helped us with the right vehicle but also went out of her way to help us with refunding money we were owed by the petrol company. Maria is a true hero. Grazie Mille!!
